Ordered from pizza time for the first time. I was not disappointed at all. I got the original cheese pizza with stuffed crust and cheesy chips. Both of them were amazing. The packing and presentation is the best I've seen. Delivery time was spot on, food was hot as expected definitely worth the money would 100% order again!!!

The smash burgers are nice and juicy definitely best In town and my friends pizza looked so nice have to try it next time Defoe recommend friendly staff great collection deals

Order arrives an hour later than stated, called many to be to be lied to about when and where our order was then delivered by a miserable individual

Were told the delivery would be 45 minutes. Food turned up an hour and a half later with the chips missing. (chips were all my 5 year old asked for). The burger we ordered was nice but the bottom of it was so soggy that it desintagrated as soon as it was picked up. The chicken wrap was okay but dry and relatively cold. The chicken strips were warm enough to eat but definitely not hot. I usually never have an issue ordering but when I rang to complain i was told they were busy. By all means I understand a Friday night can be busy but I'm so dissapointed that I've wasted my money. Especially on a treat that should have been enjoyable and I've then feed my child something else because 2.5 hours after the original order she still doesn't have her chips and needs to go to bed. Not a happy mummy.

I was a little worried to order from here after reading the reviews, I’m so glad I did, I think the restaurant are under new management, the pizza was delicious, the burger was great, all of the food was nice
I came in this evening and bought 2 meet feast pizzas for 12 pound I came in with 2 of my friends and one of my other friends bought garlic pizza it was beautiful and the staff were perlite and I would eat there again

I ordered at 18:55 and delivery was stated for 20:10, it finally arrived at 20:45 to the wrong address - the business I live above. My order was not exactly hot despite me getting it as soon as it was delivered. The food was okay and a reasonable price but I won't be ordering again.
