Birthday bowling with friends!!Had fun & staff really helpful.Bar was packed and only one behind the bar and was overflowing and had a wait which could have been sorted out easily.Bowling all lanes full and packed which was great to see for a family business in our home town.More staff are needed so all areas yet they were brilliant & professional.

Great place to take the little ones on a rainy day or just a fab day out with the family. However the parking is a pain. Wish they would do something about it. So make sure you turn up a little bit before hand and have coins! You do get your money back on parking but it means printing a ticket. Displaying it, going back in showing your ticket to get the money back. Bit of a faff. Wish yhey woukd have a ipad system where you enter yout reg number when arriving or something. So just make sure you arrive earlier then expected and have coins for the machine

Good experience. Went bowling on neon lanes and the lanes worked fine. Very tidy. Balls all good. Music was pretty good and I believe you can ask for a certain type of music while bowling. Drinks provided at the bar were fine and reasonably priced. Clearly Richardson's have put quite a lot of work into keeping this facility up to date as it looks very tidy. It stands out among arcades as other places are often run down. If more places were like this, the whole industry would seem far more approachable.

Had a great experience in the diner there yesterday with 3 friends, one of whom's young daughter played in the soft play. Andrea who was behind the counter worked her socks off ,being the only one there ,but nothing was too much trouble for her. The food was great too. Will definitely come again and hope Andrea is working that day.

Great place for a game of bowling .The bar experience was not the best the staff could do with some customer care training and how to keep a bar in a clean condition .When we visited the bar top was covered in liquid .The bar tender at the time seemed offended when this was pointed out to him .

A great little place to keep the grandchildren happy. We took them bowling for the first time which they enjoyed. They also spent time in the soft play area and we all had lunch there as well. A couple of games in the amusement area,on the way out ended a perfect afternoon out with the grandchildren. If on holiday a good back up if the weather turns nasty as all inside.

Arrived to be told that we had to pay for the people in the group who had cancelled even though they kept their deposit. This was not explained at time of booking and no we didnt pay it, we were left to argue this out with a staff member who failed to say our food was ready until she had taken payments, got to the dining area to see our food already placed on the table going cold and left unattended, food was by then less than warm, was not guided to get our own drinks nor were we asked if the food was OK, when we did go and get drink it took the staff member so long to fill the glasses with cola while another staff member looked on that the rest of us had finished our food. The bowling was a fun experience for us all, sadly very poor service, very poor management, won't be going back any time soon.Definitely wouldn't book again as they are not clear about the conditions

Good soft play for kids. A bit expensive but quite so able to let children play on their own

We have had a great time. Sadly the woman behind the food bar was quite rude and obnoxious. We ordered 5 hotdogs as well as numerous drinks. She would only allow us 8 ketchup sachets and acted as if she was doing us a favour rather begrudgingly. We were the only people in there! Very bad attitude. Don’t do the job if you dont like it!??‍♀️

This place is a gem. Absolutely fabulous. Arcades are not really our thing but there are plenty of them. Very clean and well looked after as far as I can tell. Soft play looks fab and I'm sure our grandson would love it. Bowling was brilliant. Had trouble booking online but just showed up and was plenty of availability. Proper barista coffee machine in the cafe. Didn't eat as weve booked for sunday lunch elsewhere but very friendly and helpful staff. After bowling we went to the bar area and played some pool. Again not your bog standard pub pool table and cues, they were definitely a better quality than you would usually find in an arcade or pub. Overall very impressed and wish we lived closer so we could visit every week. Well done all. Obviously a lot of thought, love and pride has gone into this place. Love it! :)
