I’ll be Honest to was a little disappointed in the new shop . We went out of the way to go to keep out support going however when we entered I was shocked . The pair work was not neat paint was into the ceiling and paint splashes on floor the tables were arranged on top of each other and table clothes were old from previous shop menues you printed bits of paper with not much organization everything felt scrambled together . Things were out of stock it just felt a bit of a jumble . This seems like a chance for like a fresh start but it just felt it much effort had gone into it and sadly I won’t be returning

The amount of different milkshakes you can have is insane! Always different cakes available week to week which is amazing! Had lunch a few times aswell which was well worth the money! The owners becks and franky are two of the nicest people you will ever meet, 100000% recommended, and a must visit when you go to lowestoft!

Popped in to treat my three teenagers. The milkshakes were thoroughly enjoyed by each. Catered for my dairy free daughter too! Plus dog friendly so my puppy could settle and sleep whilst we chatted and drank. What a gem of a find!

Made to feel welcome with great sandwiches and coffee/hot chocolate. We thoroughly enjoyed it.NB. We have contacted the owners regarding dogs and they allow well behaved dogs to sit with their owners at inside tables next to the window. This is great news!

I popped in for the first time as new to Lowestoft and the banana milk shake was lovely and tasty. The staff were amazing with a customer with learning challenges and they were so interactive with the gentlenebt It was quite inspiring to observe. Will definitely revisit.

I put in an order from hear yesterday and was extremely disappointed not was it over 15 minutes late the toffee pudding and one of the custards had leaked all on the bag and had to be binned...Was very disappointed with this to be honest.and obviously was not taken care of by the delivery driver.
Love love love this place. Great atmosphere, lovely friendly staff. Amazing milkshakes and very reasonable prices. I really appreciate how they do vegan drinks as well and took my vegan friend there, she was highly impressed.

Visited at the beginning of November. Popped in for a quick shake with my son. Ordered, paid and after 20 minutes our 1 Bueno milkshake still hadn't arrived. Had to ask for a refund as I wasn't prepared to wait any longer. I have given 2 stars rather than 0-1 because lady was apologetic and polite and gave me a full refund but I was left with a very disappointed little boy. There were only 5 other customers in the shop and what seemed to be happening is rather than serve customers their drinks and leave the kitchen to sort food orders the staff member was working through each order from start to finish inc. toasties, hot food etc before moving on to the next. Never seen a system like this and it clearly didn't work. Counter tops and equipment were also in a terrible state. Perhaps the shop was short staffed but it is unlikely we will go back.
