Probably the coolest shop to be seen in in Lowestoft. Which isn't too difficult as Lowestoft high street is a pretty poor show these days TBH.UPDATE:During a visit here earlier in the summer as the sun shines bright through the windows, you can't help notice the appalling state of the seating areas. The soft chairs should be avoided at all costs. I have no idea how so many stains can get onto a piece of furniture. Also, considering the amount of staff, how long does an empty mug of coffee have to remain on a table before it is collected. Way over ten minutes is how long. It can put you off when you have to move the previous occupants beverage to make space for you own when it eventually arrives.Unfortunately,I felt compelled to complain on the website, and along with an apology, I got enough points to get me two free drinks another time. This must be a very rare occurrence as the member of staff who served me was completely taken aback I had accumulated so many points. Didn't have the heart to mention it was because of the disgusting state of the furniture in the premises.Five months later, the seating still looks the same. Once you notice the armchairs...... Oh dear.Another few months later and I was surprised there had been no change to the condition of the furniture at all, except that they had rearranged the furniture so that the soft items were now in the back dark part of the shop and so the hard tables and chairs were now in the window areas. Brilliant.

Nice coffee and tea is English breakfast which is good but it's a shame that the food isn't made to order....doesent look appetising at all ?Clean Floor and tables but most of the chairs were very dirty and stained ?Dog friendly ?❤️Vegetarian options: A good selection of you like relish etc..

Good start with helpful staff, but the coffee was very weak, even for our parents in their 90’s. The table wasn’t cleared from the previous customer and was still there when we left. I thought Starbucks specialised in good coffee, it was terrible, very sad as treats out when you’re 95 are few and far between. I was offered a voucher for next time, but there won’t be a next time.

We went into Starbucks at about 4.30 – some of the chairs were up on tables as if it was nearly closing time. We were all deciding which drink and which cake to get … the assistant looked fed up with us. We completed the order and sat at a table. Our order was supplied in takeaway cups and paper bags with no explanation. As we were making the most of this, one of the staff started moving tables and sweeping around us, this made us feel as if we should go. I asked what time they were closing. The answer was 6.00pm !

Visited Lowestoft Starbucks and was extremely disappointed in the poor service. After ordering coffee's and cake we were informed that coffee's would be in disposable cups as there was a problem with washing facilities but want we didn't know cakes would be served in paper bags. Tables were not cleaned all this for over £12 "real bargain". Starbucks management sort your priorities out and your training of staff and cleanliness. Our pleasant thoughts of a coffee and cake gone and £12!

I don't live close to a Starbucks so I try to go when I can .I usually get the same carmel frap with extra shots of coffee but I was wanting something more fruity and refreshing so I got a straberry refresher(which was fabulous and i will be getting again).i believe grace was the young lady serving me and she was an absolute delight she was so sweet and helpful and when a couple with a buggy came to the door she went out of her way to help them open it to get in than later agin on there way out .her employer should be very grateful to have someone with such friendly and amazing hospitality skills .

Had the best Chocolatey Waffle Cone Frappuccino made by Sav in Lowestoft I’ve ever had. The sprinkles were even distributed perfectly.

Until recently I'd not been in a Starbucks since before lockdown. This one is Lowestoft was very good. Modern but not entirely soulless, the staff were helpful and cheerful and actually knew about the drink they were serving!Lowestoft is fortunate to have such a place on its high street.

My wife and I have been reasonably regular customers here since February 2022. We couldn't fault it at first, but we've seen a deterioration over the last few months. Today's visit brought home how bad it has got. The only good thing was the food. Walking in, you notice how scruffy the place looks, with uncleaned tables and chairs covered in crumbs and similar. The cappuccinos we ordered were insipid, more like slightly flavoured hot milk. I had to get extra shots of coffee for my wife's cup. The staff seemed lackadaisical, but the final straw was the state of the gents' toilet - 'disgusting' is putting it mildly! We'll not be visiting there again if there are no improvements.

Pleasant large indoor seating area with small outside seating area of in town centre. Pleasant staff who will bring ordered drinks and food to table of the elderly and disabled.

3 staff standing about, dirty tables, tables not cleared. No mugs for a small drink so was given takeaway cup as apparently run out of china ones!! Very very poor for such a big concern, definitely my last time of using.

Very tasty coffee and good quality oat milk unlike Costa. Good spacious area.
