I just came in here shortly before closing and got served by a really nice sandwich artist called Adam. He was very friendly and chatty. The food was great too. It brightened my day.

I ordered on just eat.So I got the meatless Philly as it comes with cheese red onions peppers and teriyaki sauce. Also a cookie.When I received my order the cookie was a normal chocolate one and I know they replace them if they don't have them but I can't have normal milk chocolate. Then to the actual sub. It came with just the main ingredient the meatless meat.No salad or even sauceI wanted to try some of the meat so I took alittle out to find it has a ice cold center very similar to not completely defrosted food.I have a leaflet that says this sub comes with the salad as standard unless said otherwise and I did not say otherwise. And the website as far a I remember didn't allow me to have an option to what salad goes in it.So because its not the delivery driver who handles the food directly I called the restaurant several times since I have had the order and no one is picking up. I received the order at 12.41.

Very slow service. They seem more interested in just eat orders than serving customers. I was standing 15 mins with one person in front of me. Definitely not fast food. If you have loads of time then it’s fine but if you like fast and friendly service with good food then this isn’t the place for you.

The design and furniture inside is well arranged, clean, and tidy. There are lots of tables and chairs inside where you can eat your food.The service was quick and staff were able to make the sandwiches quickly. There were plenty of sandwich fillings, snacks, and drinks available.

Went there at 15:15 for food. But has been told, take away only because they closing at 16:00. We left for different store where at least we can sit and eat. Online it says the store closes at 17:00.

Only one person cooking and serving who did an excellent job in the face of a steady stream of customers. A teenage girl was sick over a table and the floor. The serving lady coped extremely well. Surely there ought to be at least one other person on duty. At about 1.30 on Sunday.

Ordered 4 steak and cheese .was given Italian meats and was told to deal with it .I returned the food untouched the next day .wouldn't give refund nor a credit note was told he would talk to his manager and I never heard no more.i wouldn't place another order with these again .the bill was 42 pound so wasn't cheap order.disgusting behaviour by subway should be ashamed of yourselfs

Very disappointed. Mid afternoon and only 4 main fillings available. 0 cookies, 0 salads and out of date Pepsi max bottle 500ml.Try sorting your stock out better then you might find more customers returning instead of coming once and only once.
