If you're thinking of ordering for online delivery, don't. Every time there has been an issue. They rush the online orders with no care! I've just ordered 2 footlongs, clearly stated on the receipt and they sent a footling, and neither toasted as stated. £21! And they can't take the time to read the order properly. Haven't had a subway for a while and it's not made me want another anytime soon. Not worth it at the price you pay.

Turned up at 8pm after checking closing time (8.30pm). Only to see counter all cleared and told no food, guy very rude when questioned on closing time, had my daughter with me, poor attitude and service, subway never getting my money ever again…. !

Crumbs and packets everywhere ‘ fruit flys in the food sections and drink section. The staff are either stoned or just don’t care . Won’t be going back and the portions are stupid . More bread than filling . Dirty place to eat. Use Morrisons cafe or costa opens this Thursday coming . May even get standards agency involved as it’s really unsanitary.

absolutely horrible, today i went with my brother for lunch thinking it would be quick, but oh i was wrong! there was only a few (less than 5) people in front of us yet it managed to take over 40 minutes for us to get our food. when we were finally ordering, we looked at the salad options and it was bare. there were barely any salad and some toppings were clearly not restocked in AGES! aswell as that, my brother asked to order a meal deal and they looked at us as if we were mad! there were only 2 disrespectful workers there and they clearly had completely no idea of what they were doing! talking to eachother instead of getting peoples orders done and giving people free discounts even though it was a few hours before it closed! food was okay when we got it but it was not worth all the wait when we wanted to go home and just grab some food before we leave considering it was around 15:00, overall, it was the worst subway i have ever been to! i was shocked as this was usually the fastest takeaway out there. my brothers sandwich also wasnt cut correctly and it went EVERYWHERE as soon as he unwrapped it! i dont recommend!

Absolutely rubbish I will never order from these again they have no clue what they are doing can't get your order right at all don't add the sauce you ask for and don't even put the right stuff in your sub absolute joke of a place

Really friendly service.Tasty food but the new menu choice is probably too large and makes it hard to read and choose quickly so just defaulted to what I had last time.Will definitely be back - once I have studied the new choices more!

When I visited here last week, some of the tables were covered in rubbish from the previous customers. And the store had run out of a number of the sandwich filling options. The service was a bit slow compared to some other Subway stores I've visited before. The staff member making me my sandwich was polite, friendly, and did a good job. The food itself was quite tasty.
Stopped in on Saturday afternoon and the one server in there was packaging up an order for a delivery driver. No other customers we're waiting and I went to the counter. No acknowledgement was given from the server at all not even to say he would be with us shortly or a simple recognition that we were waiting to be served even though he looked directly at me several times. Won't bother going in again if that's the attitude of the staff there.
