I don’t know if it’s been taken over but certainly gone down hill just bought chips and they tasted like they were cooked the day before like cardboardIt’s not the first time but will be the last lot better fish and chip bars around area

Chips were shocking glad it wasn't for kids they were so cardboard n sharp on edges warm kids would have choked on them

Just had cod and chips 1 pm today ,first time for long while at crown point at j s to say was disappointed was an understatement cod and chips twice ,cost £15 20 definitely won't be coming again will stick to our regular at the Regal sea road Felixstowe.70 per cent batter30 per cent codChips look like heated up and bitsVery poor valueSomeone needs training to improveHalf went in bin

Thursday lunchtime visit, no complaints about service or cleanliness. Large haddock cooked to order was very good, the medium sized portion of chips was quite generous, but somehow soggy and over cooked at the same time. So, overall not so good.

Too many teenagers that don't care , firstly missed off cheesy chips from the order, drove back to be given the same soggy cheesy chips that had sat in there microwave for 10mins, what a joke , then when I complained to said boy he made another one with the tiniest bit of cheese on , very disappointed, if I could give 0 stars I would , awful customer service....?

Medium cod, well it was just batter basically, nothing seemed fresh, chips were like scraps. Shame as always been good before.

Can't comment on food as left before I got served. Six people waiting and one poor girl left to serve while the two lads behind the fryer chatted and watched the fryer. Obviously no regard for customer service

This is by far the Best Fish and chip Shop.Cod and chips was absolutely delicios ,everything cooked perfectly , it was so pleasing because of the light crispy batter, perfect texture .Highly recommend you wont be disappointed.

Popped in for fish & chips tonight and, I hate to say this, but they weren't good. The chips were dried up, obviously been in the pan for too long, and the fish was the same. I have been getting fish & chips from here for the last 5 years but recently the quality has dropped.
