Rude. Will not be back here. To be specific if this is good service then I definitely do not want to come back here. I came in for a coffee as the sign on the door said opened. I was informed very rudely that they are closed and just get out we are closed in a shout. The owner had not one kind thing to say such as we would love to help but unfortunately we are closed and about to leave or here is an alternative place that may be open. I have never been spoken to so disgustingly in all my life.I had a lovely time at Victor Victoria who has better quality food and coffee anyway and truly exceptional service. So thank you for being rude and pushing me elsewhere. I had an amazing time and would recommend that over cortado any day.

I love the coffee here but had lunch for the first time today. My panini was absolutely amazing, like a little taste of Italy on a grey Suffolk day in January! Great vibe and service, highly recommended.

Came in with a family member for a catch up. Coffee was great and the art was top notch too! Only negative thing I could say was the service, weren’t overly friendly. Especially when bringing the coffees to the table. Otherwise was good, the pictures up are nice and the space looks neat too!

Wow! What a find. Best smashed avocado and poachef egg in the area. And the coffee was delicious. Very friendly staff. Wish they did child's portions.

They are open earlier than the other places, but aside from that - I'd rather go to Nero or Costa... better coffee & kinder service.

What a fantastic coffee shop! I was looking for somewhere independent while stopping off in Newmarket and found this lovely place.I ordered the Cortado which tasted gorgeous and fantastically presented. I thought I'd treat myself to a Chocolate Brownie too since I've still got a bit of a drive ahead. It was really lovely!I'm heading back through in a couple of days and hopefully I can stop in.Thanks for a lovely break from the driving.

The coffee is extremely dark roast so better go elsewhere if prefer light roast.

Delightful surprise find! Great coffee and delicious brunch. Art work is worth a visit in itself! Highly recommend this little gem of a cafe.

I’d googled dog friendly coffee shops in Newmarket and this was top rated on the list. Some reviews had mentioned unfriendly customer service, and I do like to make up my own mind, sadly those reviews were true.A man and woman both at the counter barely acknowledged me and when I asked if they did take-away they responded with a barely audible 1 word answer. I had my dog with me and mentioned I needed some water for him, but instead of offering to fill up the dog bowl, I instead paid nearly £2 for a bottle of water: I felt looked down upon in there. Whilst the coffee was nice (most coffee made with full-fat milk usually is) the service made me feel so uncomfortable and would not return or recommend!
