Rose And Mango

Our family were in Newmarket celebrating our granddaughter’s Graduation from the British Racing School and we visited this restaurant for the first time. I can tell you it certainly won’t be the last time - the food was absolutely amazing. There wasn’t a single thing any of us could fault. The portion sizes were enormous and the price was very reasonable. Add the friendly, efficient service and beautiful decor, and the entire experience becomes an absolute pleasure. Can highly recommend this lovely restaurant and we all can’t wait to revisit.

El Guaca Mexican Grill

The Kala Sheep Indian Takeaway in Newmarket

Had an absolutely lovely meal on Sunday night, food was delicious and prices were great. Had plenty of vegetarian options for me. I wanted to shout out in paricular the young lad serving us as he was very attentive and an asset to the team! We will be returning very soon.

Mangiare Ristorante Italiano

I like it here. The staff is ALWAYS extremely kind and quick. Food is good, simple italian done very well. Its nice that they are starting to introduce some specials now.Note: If you are planning on having wine turn your glass right side up as soon as you sit down to let the dishwasher smell dissipate fully or you'll be smelling dirty doggy ? breath with your wine.That's a small gripe and doesn't takeaway the enjoyment of dining at Mangiare.

Pizza Express

Me and my fiancée had a fantastic time being served by Colin. The ambiance was superbly relaxing. Once our food arrived. Colin made sure we both had a great night .. a superb night and server !!Kid-friendliness: Superb atmosphere and very friendly staff

Unico Pizzeria Ristorante

I took my 5 year old daughter for dinner this evening. The staff were fantastic, fun and friendly. The chef made my daughters pizza in the shape of a fish. We had a wonderful evening and look forward to coming again. The food was deliciousKid-friendliness: The staff were wonderful. We got to sit near the pizza oven, which kept my daughter entertained!

Nancy's Tea Shop

Wonderful atmosphere, afternoon tea amazing especially the warm scones. Bit disappointed to pay extra for gluten free. Bet veggies don't have to pay extra, coeliac disease is a medical condition. The service was brilliant and the needlecraft on walls beautiful.

The Graze Kitchen Ltd

Absolutely love The Graze Kitchen! My go to for a coffee on a day off. The coffee is really good and the food is delicious and there is a great atmosphere. Love the smashed avocado on sour dough and can highly recommend the almond croissant or banana bread.Every Sunday morning a group of us go for coffee after our morning run and TGK team always look after us very well - thank you

Ormonde Table Table

The food was lovely and couldn't complain. Wasn't as busy as I would have expected, especially for New Year's Eve, which made it a cosy atmosphere as we were tucked away in an alcove. Service was good and the cost reasonable. The only thing I could have marked it down for was that they didn't have all the ingredients for one of the cocktails, but there were enough other options.

Turkoman Bar and Grill

Didn't know what to expect from this Turkish restaurant, but we were not disappointed. Great food, atmosphere, and service. Very quick service but didn't feel rushed. Everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. ?Parking: Free parking after 6 pm.

Curry Kid

After a good advice we enjoyed a nice chicken massala and a little more spicier dish.Together with a beautiful fried rice with egg and peas, some fresh naan bread with garlic and papadum it was a complete Indian style dinner.It only took 20 minutes after our food was ready to go.We highly recommend this nice owner with authentic Indian Curry.Parking: Parking is available at the parking place and is a 2 minutes walk.After 6 o'clock you park for free.

Munsons Brewery @ The Chequers

My only frustration is that we haven’t been sooner or more frequently.Relatively smaller menu but the food was delicious (can recommend the wings and pulled pork dirty fries). Service was quick and friendly, nothing felt like it was too much to ask.Good variety of beers to choose from.It was a little quiet the evening we went so atmosphere was just a bit lacking but we will be back soonKid-friendliness: It’s not a drinking pub so no problem bringing kids. No specific kids menu but plenty on the menu kids will eat

Caffè Nero

Main reason for this review is a lovely lady Penny!She was absolutely amazing. My 17MO accidentally knocked over my drink. How embarrassing… Penny straight away came over, cleaned it up and was super kind and sweet to both myself and toddler!I then went to re buy my drink and Penny gave it to me, free of charge! She’d just cleaned up our mess!!! What an absolute legend. Thank you Penny, you made our day! ?✨Dietary restrictions: Vegan

White Hart

The waiter was lovely, very friendly and helpful. Other staff also very friendly.Food was really good.Only down side for me was lack of vegan options for dessert and coffee otherwise would be 10/10. Will definitely come again.

The Old Scotch Indian

We order a takeaway delivery about once a month . There are quite a few good Indian restaurants in Newmarket, but if you love Saag curry, Bhindi, Rogan Josh especially THIS is the place to order from. They will also take note if you want your curry a bit more spicy etc in my experience. Large servings and not in plastic tubs is another plus.

Khobkhun Thai Restaurant

Wow, this place is amazing.Food is incredibly tasty and the team always get it right. It amazes me they don't even use a pen and paper to remember orders!Love to eat here as a couple, and also for a family treat.

Calzone House

Obviously the pizzas and calzone is amazing from here, but I’d highly recommend getting chips with their piri piri seasoning on they are genuinely my favourite chips from any takeaway.(and always nice workers)

Rumbles Fish Bar New Market

Rumbles has an extensive take away menu so we wondered whether this was Jack of All Trades, Master of None. But the fish and chips were superb. Light well cooked batter, very white tasty haddock and perfect chips. We have not had better. What a pleasant surprise

Lime Indian

We always have our takeaways delivered from here. They are excellent, ordering is easy and the dishes we have, usually the chicken bhuna and chicken rogan are great and are really tasty curries. Tonight we had family here and had the chicken tikka masala was also perfect. Prices are very reasonable and the delivery is usually quick and very friendly. Would definitely recommend them and well worthy of five stars. Thank you

Sea Horse Fish N Grill

I recently moved to Newmarket and Seahorse Fish and Grill is one of the first places i tried and it was worth it. Great chicken and best pizza around. Highly recommended!

Golden Bowl

after trying all the chinese's in newmarket someone recommended Golden Bowl so tried it tonight and was the best so far!! people in there are very welcoming and nice. Food arrived very fast and was still extremely hot and fresh!! will definitely be using again and highly recommend!

Brilliant petrol station with delicious Marks & Spencer food section, and a great choice of other branded food, newspapers, etc. This is one of our favourite places to shop for food in Newmarket. Plus, the staff couldn't be lovelier. Always helpful and kind. All round perfection!

Premier Inn Newmarket

The AC didn't work so the room was freezing otherwise very nice and fresh. Check-in was at 15:00 not 14:55. We had to sit and wait for 5 minutes until it was 3 p.m. A bit fussy.

Very clean and tidy garage, But i went in to the court in a lomg wheel base vw crafter and it was very tight! The pumps are very close togeather and no room to rurn into them.Lovey woman that works there ??

McDonald's

One of the better McDonald's we have been to. Friendly staff, food is freshly cooked.Dietary restrictions: You can customize your meal/ order up to your peronal liking.Parking: It has its own free parking lot.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly place.

Thai Street Cafe

One of the best meals out I've had in this country. Starter of Whitebait was very nice. Followed by the Street Café Drunken Noodles (chicken) which was as perfect as could be. All the staff were very accommodating and very friendly. Service was spot on and the place itself was really nice. I'd recommend this little gem of a place to anyone.

Burger King

It was very quiet when I went, the food arrived quick and was warm. I was surprised that they charge for mayo, I calculated that buying three small mayo sachets costs the same as buying a whole mayo bottle from the super markets.

Costa Coffee

Good safety measures in place, staff really helpful and friendly. A lot of drinks and food to choose from. Not too expensive. If you buy from Costa a lot I would recomend getting thier app as you can save points which can in turn save you money, and once you have saved enough points you can use them to purchase items! Saving you more money.

Valley Way Fish Shop

Very. Good. Parking staff. Very welcome ing. Had. Large. Cod and regular chips cod cooked. To order. Excellent. Batter superb. Chips. Ok not. Fresh. It. Was. Very quiet. 12//30 price. Very good would. Come. Again

Street Cafe

So you wake up wanting breakfast but you don't know what to have, well this little cafe is the answer!They have a fantastic selection and serve local produce such as the sausages so you know it's good.We shall definitely be back again.

The Waggon & Horses

Bar staff Abi and Adrian are lovely, great service all round. Great beer at great prices. Will definitely come back. Best watering hole I've found in newmarket.

The Yard Pub

Used to come here a lot a long time ago. It's been spruced up a bit since then but used to always be able to get a pint at midday, was shocked to see it didn't open until 3pm. That's the way of the world these days.Still a good pub.

The Bushel Inn

Became my Regular now. Rarely too crowded and the people that serve there are always a nice chat. There aren’t too many options for pubs in Newmarket but this one is definitely one of the best ones!

Unique Bar Newmarket

went out for my mates 21st, staff were lovely and had a good laugh with them all, dj played all sorts of music and all round was such a good night out, would recommend :))

Sunlight Chinese Thai & Fish & Chips

The special curry was not the same size that we got the last time the portion has been reduced and my wife could not eat the chicken curry also the chips were rock hard

The team and their manager work tirelessly in busy periods getting food to their customers very quickly with a friendly manner sometimes in challenging conditions. The food is delicious and I don’t have a bad word to say. Keep up the service everyone at Greggs Newmarket!

Rumbles fish Bar

We had a large order 10 fish and chips sasauges in batter chicken mushy peas plus pies chips girkins keabs orderd for 6pm pick up I was not disappointed everything hot order was for 20 people cost around £10 per head I had Fish fantastic total order £153:00 got free drinks too I would order again

SUBWAY Newmarket

We usually eat here for lunch when we visit Newmarket. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. They always acknowledge that we have visited before which is so nice. Very clean and tidy. Never an issue using promotional vounchers, Bluelight card etc
