Absolute rubbish.Popped in to get a couple of hot !!! sausage rolls and went outside the shop, took a bite and they were cold. They are not cheap to buy. We did go back into the shop and tell them and the woman serving said we would have to wait for a new batch to be cooked..This was around about 10:45am which is a time you would expect them to be hot.Went back in about 12:15pm and bought a couple of pizza slices that were tepid. We did tell the woman serving us and she agreed that the slices were just about warm and if we waited 10mins that she would heat them up for us. We declined her very kind offer and took them home with us.Rubbish service, rubbish food and extremely overpriced for lukewarm food. There are many other eating outlets in the town, I suggest you use them and avoid Gregg's unless you just want to throw away good money on bad food.

Just had coffee and sausage rolls etc here, and the gentleman who was wearing a badge that said 'Supervisor ', really needs customer service training and really needs help with his people skills, he was very abrupt when serving us and we observed him being like this with other customers. He's clearly not a good representative for Greggs and should clearly concentrate on his overall manner and how he deals with customers. Won't be going there again.

The team and their manager work tirelessly in busy periods getting food to their customers very quickly with a friendly manner sometimes in challenging conditions. The food is delicious and I don’t have a bad word to say. Keep up the service everyone at Greggs Newmarket!

The lady who served us today clearly needs a job change or training in customer service. So moody and snappy. Good morning to you, happy face!! ?

Good. It's your standard Gregg's. Very fast service. However, my boyfriend, who has a very general non-accent (London and midland mix) asked for a cappuccino and they thought he wanted a cup of tea. They repeated his order before making it, so it was ok and we had a laugh

I called in this Sunday morning on way home from London for breakfast at a excellent cafe GREGGS of Newmarket served by SYLVIA STELLA & SEIMON. The food and service was excellent and professional

I only have a had a takeaway breakfast and was extremely disappointed. The bacon roll and a coffee looked like great value. The coffee was OK at best, but the bacon tasted like it had been microwaved for 4 hours and thrown in a squashed roll. I quite like their sausage rolls but will avoid the breakfast deal in the future.
