Food arrived stone cold and swimming in oil. When ringing to inform them of this and asking to exchange the food the owner was extremely rude shouting down the phone that we won’t be getting a penny from him. We asked for the food to be replaced not a refund. When the second order of food arrived it was also swimming in oil again and the poppadoms were missing. No refund and no editable food. When questioned again regarding this matter the response was you can’t expect us to keep everyone happy when we only have an hour to produce and deliver the food!!! Disgraceful service

We ordered from Lime and for £1.10 you only get one piece of popadom. Thought we would get a few but we barely got one. Ours wasn’t even one piece it was half a popadom and a few broken pieces. The lamb biriyani however was really nice, I added naga to mine and it was perfect. My partner had madras but it was so watery and did not have much flavour. Not as satisfying overall, I think some foods are hit and miss.

We always have our takeaways delivered from here. They are excellent, ordering is easy and the dishes we have, usually the chicken bhuna and chicken rogan are great and are really tasty curries. Tonight we had family here and had the chicken tikka masala was also perfect. Prices are very reasonable and the delivery is usually quick and very friendly. Would definitely recommend them and well worthy of five stars. Thank you

First time ordering from here. They were great when I made a hiccup in ordering and contacted me immediately they were great in sorting it out. The food arrived on time and was delicious and good portion sizes. Will be ordering again.

Ordered two chicken kormas it had no taste at all, as well as being really watery to the point water is coming off my plate. I ordered egg fried rice aswell and it was not even friend. Wont be ordering again.

Wanted to put a -10 but couldn’t I had a chicken korma so did my son both had about 4 pieces of chicken in it rest was super runny sauce of no flavour that’s meant to be thick I would say I’d rather go buy Tesco sauce tin cover for taste better taste than that this place should either charge half the price for rubbish food or close downParking: Not sure

Placed a telephone order for a group of 7 of us and we collected the food ourselves.Very cheerful staff member, food was great - and lots of it! ?Good variety of dishes that are a bit different to the standard ones and they were all delicious.The only slight grumble is somebody was going to call us back with a price to include a discount but didn’t. But I understand that it gets busy in the restaurant in the evenings.Overall very positive and will definitely use order again ??

delicious food, i got a chicken madras, keema rice, peshwari naan and onion bhajis all for around £20! lovely delivery man, and came fairly quickly and was still piping hot on arrival. generous portions and included a couple of free popadoms. thankyou guys :)

We have used Lime many times. Tonight Paul ordered an Orange meal for one and quickly realised there was no rice or naan bread.
He cooked rice we had In the cupboard
He called Lime spoke to Hussain the owner who during the conversation repeatedly told him to f..k off. I listened to the conversation and was shocked at Hussains comments and disgusting behaviour as a manager and owner. He said he would refund in part and call us back it is 10.15 he has not.
Seriously the managers behaviour and comments were off the scale tonight and to be honest the food was below average at best. Would not recommend at all.
