The AC didn't work so the room was freezing otherwise very nice and fresh. Check-in was at 15:00 not 14:55. We had to sit and wait for 5 minutes until it was 3 p.m. A bit fussy.

I wasn't satisfied, one day they didn't clean our room, the other day they made up my children's beds but not ours. Staff at reception not welcoming, particularly one who didn't want to do his job. So we won't go to that hotel then.

My wife and I have travelled around the UK for work for over 30 years. This is the first hotel room that has decent lighting. It was beautifully lit across the room. We had a pemiere room on the third floor and it was so well work the extra money. We also had both dinner and breakfast in the hotel. Dinner was on Mother's Day so a limited selection but it was delicious. Breakfast was also great and Dermot was a wonderful host. The cooked breakfast was freshly cooked to order (and we were offered more when we had finished).The only downside is car parking which is not at the hotel but at the multi story car park opposite. But even this was only a minor inconvenience.If you need to be in Newmarket this is a great place to stay.

Horrendous service! The room stank of cigarettes and the window seal was full of ash. Receptionist was very rude. In the morning of the check out there was no one at the reception! I had to borrow a piece of paper from the waiter and left a note behind the desk. Horrible experience, will never come back!

Fantastic location if visiting Newmarket. The only downside is the lack of free parking. Rooms clean and comfortable, though no biscuits with the tea and coffee facilities. Staff helpful.

Had such a wonderfull night sleep in the Premier pluss room, didnt want to wake up in the morning because of how soft the bed was.
Spacious room and Large bed and bathroom..insufficient parking in multi storey carpark only by room for a dozen cars..so additional parking is not
