We arrived it took 30 mins before our order was taken and another hour before the meal came. The restaurant was not exceedingly busy.We were not told of any delay .Worst still it was cold in the restaurant made worse by the delay.When I asked why there was only one person serving was told they only had two pre bookings. Whitbread had a meal offer on and they have a Christmas menu they should be prepared.We use this restaurant fairly often they need to get better organised and better heating. This could really be a good restaurant

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Food was cooked well but warm not hot. There was free parking near the restaurant but not easy to find in the dark and first time going there. Be careful not to use the multi storey car park as it closes at 7pm.

Food here was lovely but once they had got your order you couldn't get the servers to come to your table, it took a long time to get our food yet hardly any people there then trying to get our bill in the end was a

The food is usually very good. Today it's busy only one person taking orders did not inform us there was a wait. A table was booked for 1.15 by 2pm our meal had not arrived so very dissatisfied indeed
