I found the hotel shabby and run down. The bed was uncomfortable, we kept rolling into the middle. The bathroom ceiling fan was thick with dust and didn’t work. Several lightbulbs not working so very dark in room in the evening. Several holes/punches(?) in walls in room and bathroom. We ate there the first evening. Forgot portion of chips, ran out of chicken wings after we had ordered and paid for them. A lad with pony tail seemed to be doing most of the work and was very apologetic. Decided to check out a day early

There was a funny smell when you walked in even though the doors were open. Staff were friendly and cheerful. We ordered food which was ok but one order that had chips seemed to have the very crispy hard bits from the bottom of the fryer.

The waiter was lovely, very friendly and helpful. Other staff also very friendly.Food was really good.Only down side for me was lack of vegan options for dessert and coffee otherwise would be 10/10. Will definitely come again.

As a wheelchair user I thought that the White Hart was easy to get into with my wheelchair.Straff was very helpful and friendly. The only small thing that I find was, the disabled toilet needed to be updated.
