Been before was excellent. But today wasn't great no crab salad but was advertised on special board. So had the cod and chips it wasn't good had an amonina taste. And small portions .looks like others had left there's not eaten on the outside tables .so don't know what going on .

I wandered in at closing time after a lonely trek from Blythburgh. They must have seen my crestfallen expression because they did a batch of chips just for me :') I was very touched and will recommend this place in the highest terms. Chips were generously portioned and very delicious. Thank you.

We stopped here for breakfast before a walk. I had some coffee cake, which was amazing. My friend had their vegan breakfast, which she said was amazing as well. We would come again!

Great place and friendly staff! We stopped here yesterday do a quick snack on a muddy cycle ride, we had two pasties and two lattes. The owner at the back is friendly and chatty. I love this place because it does exactly what it says on the tin, simple done well! I often cycle this way for chips with my twin sons in the summer to get them into the forest and away from their screens and never disappointed!

Great cafe at Dunwich beach. We enjoyed the fish and chips it was top notch at a fair price compared to the local pubs, and the chat with locals went down well too! A good place to sit and relax, the weather was on our side ☀️. Thoroughly enjoyed it and very memorable! Looking forward to returningParking: Free parking with the option to donate to local causes. We have just enjoyed a fabulous lunch at Flora Tea Rooms. We’re not local so had no idea what to expect from a seaside cafe but what a success; so pleased we parked here and stumbled upon it. We both had cheese omelette as we’re vegetarians but the menu was extensive and the meals going to the other tables looked just as generous and fresh as ours. The chips were to die for and the side salad was so much more than your usual lettuce and cue, with beetroot, peppers and coleslaw too. Being October it wasn’t too busy but a steady stream of people showed how popular it is. Well done the team, you work so well together and provide a friendly efficient service.

We've had fish and chips here many times and it's usually excellent however, this time it wasn't as good chips were hard with lots if black bits and the cod was a bit soggy, such a shame as its always been the best we have anywhere. We come to Dunwich a lot but in future we will either be going to The Ship or into Southwold. At £28 including 2 soft drinks it's a lot of money.
