11 of us came for Sunday dinner, we all agreed that it was very good, a couple of us said that the cauliflower cheese was the best we've ever had. There is plenty of choice on the menu, Vegetarians are catered for. Our food was hot, nicely presented and very tasty. The staff were very friendly, polite and attentive. This pub is very busy, best to book a table. The pub was spacious, very clean and welcoming. Clean toilets and a small car park outside. Would've given an extra star (if I could) for the staff. Fantastic little pub. We arrived without a booking and even though it was busy they were really accommodating. The food was amazing for us and the kids.Everyone was very happy!

The Rendham White Horse

Messaged on facebook to book a table for my family on Easter Sunday and received a prompt response. Upon arrival we were welcomed with a smile and shown to our seat. I had advised when booking that our dog would be us and their dog friendly approach was evident. Treats, a water bowl and dog blanket already set at our table.The fire was warming and the staff were attentive and friendly.We ordered Beef and lamb roasts and the food was delicious. Finishing with a delightful sticky toffee pud and custard.Would highly recommend ?

This has won numerous awards for the beer and truly is a proper Suffolk pub. Super cask beers, lovely friendly service and a beautiful setting. A hidden gem of a pub without a doubt!Edit: it's still excellent and a place I go out of my way to visit when I'm here in Suffolk

The Friston Chequers

A lovely warm, friendly place to eat - and dogs are welcome. The food was delicious and nothing was too much trouble. The Crayfish Thermidor was really nice and although part of the locally reared rump steak was a little ‘chewy’ in places (which wasn’t obvious even to the trained eye), we were brought another one free of charge which was extremely tasty, tender and cooked as requested. We had declined the offer but was told “it has to be right”. Perfect customer service and 10/10 from us. Lovely people, lovely environment and delicious food. When in the area we will definitely visit again. These people have got running a pub/restaurant spot on across the board. Thank you Chequers.

Tate & Jack's Snack Bar

First time visit today. Brilliant food quality and value for money. My bacon and sausage sub roll was so large, I almost needed a roof rack. Great atmosphere and customer service to compliment this experience. Will definitely venture down the A12 hungry with the intention to visit in future!

I wandered in at closing time after a lonely trek from Blythburgh. They must have seen my crestfallen expression because they did a batch of chips just for me :') I was very touched and will recommend this place in the highest terms. Chips were generously portioned and very delicious. Thank you.

Popped in for a quick pint. Odd smell as soon as you walk in, but a bigger pub that I thought that was starting to get busy. Staff very nice. Will have to come back and try the food soon.

The White Horse Inn

Hoping to eat here soon. Stopped for a drink the other day and had a nice chat with the landlords, and a few days later suffered a double puncture nearby and managed to crawl my way to the pub. The landlord was so kind and let me keep the car safe outside the pub until I could get it repaired. I really appreciate the community spirit. Will be back to eat here soon.

Just called in to pickup a take away. It has a Chinese kitchen. Noisy music in the bar making it difficult to communicate. The best looked good but not hanging around in that tracker. Food was good. Xxxx

We had a lovely time at Potton Hall’s Yurt Cafe. They were really welcoming after our wifi went down and we needed an emergency place to work. The food is fresh and delicious, and the coffee and cake is perfect.

Tipi Café

Walked from Aldeburgh to the Tipi café, first time we have been to the maltings. Staff were great at the tip café, the coffee was over priced for what it was, but in reality you are not really paying over the odds for the coffee, you're paying for the respite in wonderful location with a lovely ambience. I shall be returning in a couple of days time, so happy days. Now for my walk back!

The best mozzarella baguette I've ever tasted. Fresh. tasty and very filling. Along with a cappuccino at just £5.50 it was great value. The staff were excellent, worked well as a team and deserve recognition. Highly recommended.

Had a quick snack before heading out on a road trip. Had two teas, a couple of cinnamon rolls and a cheese toastie.Very roomy layout, and close by to the town. Staff were super helpful and friendly.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly, staff were very helpful and there was plenty of space around some of the seating areas for buggies etc.

A great location, great food and good room, the only downside was the freshly painted radiator giving off fumes in the room when hot which at this time of year it needed to do. That said we did not let this deter us from what was a fantastic weekend and this great location.Rooms: Nice room with all the usual amenities you would expect.Nearby activities: Nice location as a base to visit the local areas. Nice walks and beach within easy access from the location.Food & drinks: Good menu offering great food and drink.
