I've heard so much about this pub/restaurant, popped in their lunchtime, and was impressed , so booked with the very friendly and helpful young lady that we booked a table for the evening. Was not impressed with the waiting staff that evening if he served us lunchtime. I don't think we would have bothered . Saying that we the food was excellent.

We came for dinner, it was very good. Plenty of choice on the menu. All our food was hot and nicely cooked and presented. Clean and spacious pub/restaurant. Adequate parking. I would have given 5* but for the sarcastic Manager. We asked for the wine to be opened at the table, the wine came along, opened. When we mentioned this, the Manager turned into Basil Fawlty. If we hadn't been part of a large party, we would've walked out. Pub and food 5*, Managers customer service skills, minus 2*. That's the reason I only gave 3*

The food here is amazing. Beer was well kept, dogs allowed, which was superb and even had a dog bowl brought to the table and treats!! Banger.
I thought that they would have changed their menu for Mother’s Day as the current Sunday menu has been on for months now.
