The staff at this pub are amongst some of the nicest and most efficient I have ever encountered. We had a fantastic lunch here on Sunday. When there a mistake with our order (which was most certainly our fault) they fixed it so quickly for us. The quality of the food was really fantastic. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.Next time we're in the area we will most certainly be back!

Lovely pub with nice beer garden that has plenty of tables in.The Adnams beer is well kept and the food comes relatively quickly. It's slightly expensive for what it is, but you are paying for the location.Staff are also excellent; friendly and attentive.

Best food and drink in Walberswick. Food is tasty and well priced and the beer just tops it all off. My favourite pint and place to drink it fully recommend a visit if in Walberswick

Went in for a light lunch. Very busy but service still polite and reasonably quick. Good and varied menu. Ours was well cooked and presented. Dog friendly inside and out which is a must for such a tourist area. We'll recommended.

A characterful pub with a good sized back garden and a good menu . Also not far from the beach if you want a walk before or after your visit.

Spending two nights at the pubs Hotel. Lovely old pub owned by Adnams, one of my favourite brewers. Staff very friendly and most helpful. Our room was simple but very nicely presented.Food and drinks very nice. The location is tremendous. Please note the car park is for hotel residents only, as it is quite tight. Lovely garden though around the back.Situated off the village green and short walks to the beach. First time in this part of the country, it's a great base to explore and would recommend to all.

Love this pub usually, it can be a bit hit or miss depending who's working I think, as I was a bit disappointed to be given no ice or slice in drinks and not even asked and food was pretty basic. I asked for Tap water for the table and was given a pint glass, not great for sharing haha! I've had really good meals here though so hopefully next time it's back to being great

Great hotel. The staff are very welcoming and attentive. The rooms are not huge, however they are clean and comfortable. The food is delicious, breakfast choice has something for everyone regardless of dietary requirements. Would definatly recommend.

We had an evening meal which was lovely (great fish and chips and scampi) and warmly welcomed by the bar staff. We returned for lunch the following day however a different bar staff with a cool reception and much different to the night before. Not very friendly. Sat in the beautiful beer garden. Two sandwiches, pint of ale and a tonic water for £24.00! No wonder people are choosing to holiday abroad.

Friendly staff, great food and timely service. Just what we needed after a long walk!

We popped in today with our pup for a nice pub lunch after lots of walking around the area. It is the cutest little spot with lots of character and we had the fish finger sandwich which was lush! What made our visit special however is the lovely lad that visits all the dogs on his round to offer them a treat! He politely asked first if our cocker would like a treat and he even threw in some training getting him to sit and gently take it from him. He really made our day!

Charming pub with loads of cosy 'nooks and crannies' in which to sit and enjoy a pint. The floor in the main bar area is incredible, worn down by the treading of thousands of feet over the years. Good selection of drinks and friendly staff.

Nice pub, good range of beers etc. Varied menu, well prepared and cooked food. Large garden to eat in as well as a lot of room inside.

Very poor service today! Problem with card machine and got humiliated in front of other customers , trying to make out we had no money in our account , very poor attitude by the staff,

Called in on a Saturday evening at the start of April (2022) - called in around 5 PM with my two small people; told that the kitchen did not open 'till 6 PM. Tried a couple of other options; returned here; lucky to get a table - the last one, by the toilets - but had a very nice meal, before returning to home.
