Having watched a movie at The Regal we decided to go to Chequers for dinner afterwards. Best decision ever!! The food was really good - and I mean, really good. The spare ribs were lightly crispy, tender and melted in the mouth. The hot and sour soup was just the right balance of tangy and spicy. Really good Chinese. I’ve order a lot of different dishes off the menu and everything has been delicious. What really makes this place special though, is the super friendly staff. I don’t know how anyone can say the staff are not friendly in here - because this is simply not true. If you want decent Chinese food and decent staff then this is your place! Simply the best around.
