The food was amazing and freshly prepared, the cost was very reasonable. Very clean, welcoming environment. Clearly they have regular visitors who were welcomed by name by the staff. I took my children home a slice of cheesecake which they said was amazing! I would highly recommend. 10/10 on every level, just what Stowmarket needs. Good value, delicious food and will definitely visit again!

6 Old St, Haughley, StowmarketWe had our first take away tonight and it did not disappoint! The crunchy popadoms with a mix of dips started of our meal very nicely!The food was still hot in temperature when we got it home- rare for an Indian takeaway.The Jalfazzi was soooo good, the right amount of heat- delicious and lots of tasty flavour!! The chicken was juicy in the tikka masala, which was creamy and thick- just as it shoukd be, and there were lots of lovely fresh mushrooms in the mushroom rice. The garlic naan and keema nann were fresh , light and perfect for mopping up the best indian we have had in a very long time! The lady on the phone was friendly and bubbly, the gentleman was bubbly and cheerful!!!We will definatley be returning as regular customers!!! We cant wait for our next meal!!! ?

17 Ipswich St, StowmarketBest Greggs I’ve been to. I used to use the one near Asda in Ipswich, but have recently moved near stowmarket and must say this Greggs is the best one I’ve been to. Always well stocked. The staff aren’t great, but they never are in Greggs for some reason, not sure if they’re over worked and underpaid? But always seem a bit stressed. But nothing major.

Station Rd E, StowmarketA faultless lunch experience served in a clean and modern environment with great service, excellent food and all very reasonably priced too - a rare combo sadly these days.\nI had the small battered haddock with chunky fries and it was outstandingly good. The chunky fries clearly started their journey to my plate as a spud in the kitchen. Everything came to the table piping hot and the chips were super crispy and very tasty too.\nMy guest went for a chibatta with Italian salami, burrata, pesto and a salad, served with fries. This also was excellent - great chibatta and crispy fries too. \nDrinks were very reasonably priced and I consider this place to be quite an unexpected find - well, I didn't expect this level of quality at these prices so I'll be back.\nVERY highly recommended.

Shepherd and Dog Onehouse
Lower Rd, StowmarketI visited last night and the staff could not have been more helpful. The gluten free menu offered lots of choices but unfortunately did not have many gluten free options (as main courses) that were also vegetarian except jacket potatoes. When I had visited previously (over 2 years ago) they offered a mushroom stroganoff but they have now added chicken to this.
The chef agreed to cook me a mushroom stroganoff which I accepted knowing I would have to wait....and it really was worth the wait. It was exactly how I remembered it from a few years ago and was delicious.
Huge thank you to the staff and the chef who went out of their way to accommodate my allergy.

They do not serve food(concentrating on fine ales)but every other Thursday they have a night off cooking and host a WagYu burger van, placed right outside. You can order you're choice of burger ,and any accompanying extras,at the van- they'll issue you a numbered ticket & bring it in to you in the pub.Top quality meat. We both enjoyed immensely during our visit on Thursday1st of Feb.

Debenham Fish & Chip Shop
32 High St, Debenham, StowmarketWe are staying locally and had heard that this is the best fish & chips in the area. This was proven by the number of customers. The portions are very generous, we couldn't finish ours. The prices are very good.

Regal Cinema and Theatre, Ipswich St, StowmarketA lovely little cafe within the cinema. I'd never been before but was visiting family and friends and we really appreciated how attentive the staff were and how nice and lively it got in the evening.
Ps definitely go for the pulled pork on the side of the nachos it was delicious - could do with a bit extra but definitely value for money.

7 Station Rd W, StowmarketAbsolutely first class. 5 stars for the bread quality. If you are into good bread, you will not be disappointed. They also can cut it for you for like 3p or .there abouts. At this branch they can only do medium thickness. For thick slices you need to pre order it and it will come from Horley branch. Where it's baked.
They also sell pastries, cakes, cookies and biscuits. Not to mention a variety of jams and even sauces like unique tomato ketchup. Fresh eggs!
You just can't go wrong by using this bakery.

The Chip Inn Fish & Chips Shop
5 Combs Ford, StowmarketWe’ve been a few times now, having searched for decent gluten free fish and chips. We travel from Eye, Suffolk as The Chip Inn cooks gluten free every day.
The best gf fish and chips for miles - very generous portions! The batter is lovely and crispy - you can’t tell it’s gf.
The shop is lovely and clean, the staff are friendly. I would thoroughly recommend!
