There were 7 in our party and the service we received was impeccable, from the warm welcome when we arrived and throughout the meal. Everyone enjoyed their meal. We will definitely go back and strongly recommend this restaurant.

I was a bit annoyed as they didn’t recognise I had booked on the premise that there was a free bottle of free Prosecco, calling beforehand to check. Anyway they gave us two glasses of Prosecco, and the food was amazing. Thank you Zsombor.

The food was delicious & there was friendly service as the staff attended to all of our needs. The cocktails i had could of tasted better, but overall this was a lovely meal!

Food was mediocre, staff were rude about allergens for celiacs even though they were notified multiple times prior to us booking. Would not go again the food was bland and overpriced.Dietary restrictions: They were not geared up to sort out gluten free food, we called in advance to advise them and they said they hasn't been notified and were really awkward and rude about it.

Busy restaurant. Nice stmosphere and friendly smiley staff. Food was very nice and I'm on a slimmers world diet and able to find things in the menu restaurant I could eat relatively low syn. I usually have a voucher when I eat here and staff never seem to mind.. had a lovely evening.Vegetarian options: Several veggie optionsDietary restrictions: I'm on sllimmers world diet and had a pasta dish which is 4.5 syns. It was a big plate filled with pasta in a spicy red sauce and also had a house salad

Came in tonight with my family, had starters, main, drinks and dessert. 5 of us in total, no atmosphere at all, the place was freezing cold where we were sat. A drink was brought over for my 5 year old, straight away she knocked it over by accident and no replacement was offered for her, we had to wait and end up getting her another drink. My starters were cold also, I had Mozerella bites.We then went to settle the bill and was told our club card vouchers weren't valid during December. The coldest month and a month where people most need help with Xmas etc. Ended up costing a small fortune for a few dishes of pasta. Feel really let down all in all. Wouldn't recommend this venue for people at all.

Dropped a couple of stars since previous visit a few years back, mostly because the value for money has taken a sharp decline. The meal for two was somewhat expensive for a Prezzo, the dessert was average, the main was very good but not worth the amount we paid. Whilst I appreciate the cost of living will have an effect on their running costs they also need to know that it has an effect on our disposable income.That all being said, the service was great and the place was clean and tidy, didn't appreciate being sat next to a bunch of screaming kids who's parents apparently either couldn't or wouldn't control them.Ultimately felt underwhelmed over charged and under appreciated and releaved to leave.Prezzo do offer a bluelight discount for NHS staff, but not at the weekend. I guess the age of clapping for the NHS has long since died, I would like to challenge Prezzo marketing managers with this decision, when do you think most NHS staff have the time to relax and go out for a bite to eat...

Booked a table online for 5 , unfortunately 2 couldn't go as their baby sitter didn't turn up. We were put on a table for 4, we couldn't read the menu as it was too dark, bear in mind there are no lights above our table, the lady behind the bar said she would turn the lights up, as I said there are none above or around us?? One wonders how that was meant to help. They hardly spoke, didn't explain apart from there were no other tables available in an empty restaurant. OK maybe they were reserved but no-one had arrived yet... in which case where was the table for 5 (not 4) that we originally booked and only changed when we arrived. This is not the first time we have found the staff difficult and rude, but had hoped after a couple of years their attitude had changed. When we left to go elsewhere the young man made comments which when he was asked to repeat, turned red and made a hasty retreat.In case you need to check the bad lighting it's right in front of the bar. I do not like to make negative comments and would normally just refrain from giving a bad review, however I would say they need to learn about customer services and hopefully someone in management reads this .

I am not one to complain but..... starters and mains arrived very quickly. After that we were forgotten. 2 hours in total we were there and we must have had our mains after 20 minutes. Lasagne was full of gristle. I ended up picking out the pasta and just eating that. I had 2 children with me both of whom ate from the kids menu. I was charged for an adult cloudy lemonade (£3.95!!!) rather than a kids one which should have been free within the kids price. When I queried this, I was told if there had been a misunderstanding, it was my fault - what happened to the customer is always right? Why would i order a child an adult one, when a kids one is free within the meal price?! First review I've ever written, but I left there absolutely fuming!
Lovely position. Lovely building. Friendly staff.Food served efficiently and hot.Unfortunately a little bland for my taste, but my wife was happy with her selection.I would say overpriced, and having been very disappointed with the Beccles Prezzo, we will probably not return to Prezzo.
