Staying nearby so walked down for a drink and a small bite to eat. Drink deals were good and the food was tasty, only complaint was my drinks sat on the bar 10 mins before being delivered (I had to prompt the staff member to bring them over) Staff are polite and friendly though.Came in for breakfast the next day, good value for money and although the breakfast didn’t look too good it tasted nice and I was given extra hash browns instead of tomatoes which I’m fine with. I’d recommend.

Me and my family are regulars at here and it’s always been so consistent. But today, I specifically want to thank the floor manager today (sadly forgot to ask his name) for handling a stressful situation for us today so well. My grandma, my mum and myself came for breakfast this morning and were unwelcomed by some of the guests, shouting racial slurs and mocking us. I was a bit hesitant to but decided to speak to the manager and he reassured us that it would be dealt with accordingly and spoke to the guests for us. So thank you for taking care of this so well and understanding how much it meant to us! Top tier staff ☺️

Fish and chips were superb at a great price. Looks like a new carpet has been laid and it makes the place look and feel really fresh. Lots of outdoor seating available.

Extremely poor service. Food is always cold , twice now I’ve found hair in my food. The waiters are rude. I understand it’s self service, however my food arrived , I am 38 weeks pregnant and the waiter refused to bring me cutlery to eat with. He was rude mannered and inconsiderate. Awful nasty management, Seem to have lost a lot of staff in the recent months and the staff that have stayed look miserable. Food quality really has gone downhill as well as service. Whole place needs a good look into.

Ordered two main courses with two soft drinks. The curry was fine other than missing chutney and the rice was almost warm. Have to say have had the same meal in other Wetherspoons that were a lot better. The other meal chicken dish, the chicken was if you can believe this in part undercooked and in part overcooked. The jacket potato was not quite inedible but almost . We understand that Wetherspoons is low priced fast food, however it doesnt seem unreasonable to get what you order and receive food that you can eat. It wouldnt hurt to clean the floor occasionally. We will not return to this particular Wetherspoons as we believe the best way for us is not to complain but rather take our custom elsewhere. We post our comments here to give prospective customers notification of our opinion on this establishment, for what its worth.

Pretty much the same as any other spoons. Clean, cheap beer, pleasant overworked and underpaid staff. Marked down as my vegan meat burger was microscopic! Looked like it had the wrong bun.

Unfortunately, the Willow Tree menu is very reduced now. There is no my favourite sweet chilly prawns. Also, the skinny chicken burger used to come with a salad dressing if you order it with a salad instead of chips. The tables is not cleaned on time, often coming and have no choice how to sit by the messy table.

Great place. Have used it for years. Food is at a low price and perfectly acceptable. Tonight I had delicious scampi, chips and peas for £5.99 with a soft drink. Ordered everything from my table, via their app that I downloaded some time ago. Very quick service

Can be great sometimes, food is normally cooked really well, but if you go when it's busy don't expect good service or food. It's normally easy to get a seat and in the summer the garden is nice to sit in. I would personally go for the pizza when it's pizza as it's hard to undercook this, fish and burgers stay clear off when it's busy.
