Great service and atmosphere.Burgers were fine although slightly overdone on 1 side.Slightly disappointed with the pushing for tips card payment system (we would tip anyway) and seeing the chef doing a pizza Pulling his phone off the pocket, texting, then going back to doing pizzas without washing his hands.

The food was average and tasted store bought, however the chicken bites were of a good quality, the rest was very average and wasn’t as nice as I thought it would be in comparison to the price I expected a bit more

In the last couple of weeks we've tried to eat here twice. The first time we arrived at 20.45 only to be told they were closing, despite advertising their closing time (and with a big sign on the door saying as such) as 23.00. The second time we arrived at 19.45 and were told that they were fully booked, even though only a quarter of the tables were occupied. When I questioned that, we were told the kitchen was 'very busy' and the waitress pointed to one table which appeared to have about 8 people seated. When we walked past an hour later, having eaten elsewhere, they were the only customers in the entire restaurant. If they can't cope with more than one table on a Saturday night, what's the point in being open? Given the reviews on here, perhaps they don't want people to actually eat in there. We have eaten there previously, once in the restaurant and once with a takeaway, and the food was mediocre at best and the takeaway order we were given was wrong, but thought we'd try again as Sudbury is so limited with restaurant choices. We definitely won't bother trying again.

Order was wrong, I phoned to complain and the manager was dismissive and suggested I complain to JustEat.The burger was supposed to be plain, as ordered, my daughter does not like any sauce. No apology offers when I complained, I have ordered at least once a week from this company for the last few years, despite them getting orders wrong fairly often and I have always complained but had a decent response. I am disgusted by their attitude of the guy I spoke to tonight.Never again.

Burgers lovely. Fries soft and chewy, not fresh. Mac and cheese ok but not very cheesy. Doughnuts chewy, didn't seem fully cooked. Overall disappointing as had heard good things.

Slightly Wandering

NOTE: Posted on Dough&Co as it's the SAME venue with 2 different menus......People can view this place in a few ways:1. A restaurant with an identity crisis2. Clever segregation of Italian and American style menus3. ConfusingThere were three of us in attendance and we booked a table based on a friend's take away experience. We were very confused as pizza menus were everywhere, after questioning front of house, we were presented with a burger menu, themed burgers, no theme to the restaurant.. Can't put my finger on it, but I can say it was very uninspiring due to clashes with those menus and identity.Atmosphere was non-existent and the place was FREEZING, we all kept our coats on throughout the meal.Myself and partner had the Old English burger, very dry and dense, they've over mixed the the burger mince, no air thus no juice, the bun was old and not particularly fresh. It looked lovely in terms of presentation. Our friend had the American burger, once again underwhelming, it looked great though as you can see from pictures, presentation is lovely. The best part was the halloumi fries, however the sweet potato fries and rosemary fries had no seasoning which were again underwhelming. If this place worked on pizza OR burgers, I think the quality and personality would be much better and less confusing. People want to be warm when they eat. No milkshakes here which I feel kind of go hand in hand with burgers??We won't be back sorry :(

Been waiting 2 hours now for our food and phone has been taken off the hook. Awful service and such an awful way to run a business. Will never use again and certainly won't be recommending to anyone

My partner and I have eaten the same all weekend except when I had a chicken burger and my partner had a beef burger from burger amour last night. Since he has been very ill with diarrhea and vomiting. Unfortunately we won't be ordering again.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free buns available

Ordered takeaway for delivery 6-6.30pm. Arrived 6.45pm totally wrong. Called complained and they said new order would be delivered in 30 minutes. arrived 15 minutes later. Assume it was our original order as Correct burgers and fries but luke warm at best. Total waste of money (£35) Next time I get a takeaway burger it will be McDonalds better food and better value

Poor experience, was called 1hr 15mins after placing an order to inform me it was going to be another hours wait. Understand its a Friday and will be busy but I think 2hrs 15mins is an unacceptable wait for a takeaway. Think they may have some delivery driver issues so maybe worth not offering this service for now.

Ordered at 7.07pm , says up to 75 mins on all orders, no problem, but being Monday night thought should be quicker. After 1 hour and 11 minutes called for update to be told. No drivers, will be another 20 mins at least Why advertise Delivery if can't deliver. So 1 hour 35 mins still waiting. I could have gone to shop bought food and cooked it eaten and washed up by now.Edit food finally arrived , chips soggy and limp , burnt burger rolls. Not worth waiting time or money. Disappointing ?

Just used them for the first time via deliveroo. Was hoping the 27 quid spent for two burgers and rosemary fried were worth it..OMG mine was good. Fries are great. The Old English Burger was superb and the Chicken and Bacon was delicious. Will def use again and all delivered quickly by a very polite young man with great manners.10/10

Definitely the worst place to eat in SudburyVisited this restaurant today and was seated very quickly and serve drinks within a few minutes which was greatWhen it comes to ordering the food this is where it all changedPlease be aware the halloumi fries are not halloumi fries they are mozzarella sticks despite the manager then going to take a photo of the box of frozen mozzarella sticks telling me the boxes halloumi fries so that must be what they are clearly these have been packaged wrong because they were not what I orderedNext thing my Partner ordered for main meal the chicken burger we specifically asked if the chicken was as we described real chicken rather than this processed shaped stuff the waitress assured us it was fresh chicken i’d let you get to pieces in the barnAt a cost of almost £10 we were very surprised when just a chicken burger turned up with a very limp piece of lettuce no fries or anything else when we asked they said you didn’t order fries well for £10 we assumed they would be with it as my partner Temp into the burger she discovered it was too processed chicken goujons about the size of a McDonald’s chicken nugget.Awful food awful service and waitresses that do not have a clue about what they are serving the table behind us also sent feedback so clearly it wasn’t just ha unlucky day it appears nothing is fresh air it’s just all appears to be deep fried frozen Mass produced cash-and-carry foodAfter reading the management replies please don’t insult me by saying contact you directly to resolve I was in the restaurant and you didn’t want to resolve it then so I don’t pretend you’re trying to rectify something that you clearly have no intention of doing as I said avoid this place at all cost
