Alaz, Church St, SudburyIf happiness had a flavor, it would probably taste like the food here. The Turkish dishes were absolutely delicious, and the portions were generous enough to make me question my life choices after finishing everything. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. Great food, great atmosphere, and great people - what more could you ask for? Highly recommended!

I was able to call ahead and reserve some pastries to pick up in the evening to have for breakfast the next day. We traveled an hour to get here and it was 100% worth it. We will be back :)

9 Tye Green, Glemsford, SudburyWorking on a local farm. Stopped here half an hour before closing. The Cod and chips I ordered were lovely and hot. Good portion size . Well cooked and good quality cod and chips. Staff were friendly and chatty. Definitely recommend. I will call again if working in the area as so nice.

Milner Rd, SudburyOne of my favourite places to order food as they have an amazing healthy selection that tastes great but it always says closed on Uber eats and I haven’t been able to order since last year, I don’t know if something has happened but online it says they are open, maybe they no longer do deliveries, I don’t know but it is a shame because I can no longer enjoy one of my favourite meals which was balsamic potatoes, avocado, roasted Mediterranean vegetables, halloumi and I think a chilli and lime salsa!

When we arrived, the restaurant only had one couple inside. We mentioned we’d booked and the waiter huffed like it was hard work to find our table. While we were still enjoying our papadoms, he suddenly came over, threw his arms up in the air, then dropped them back down again – we couldn’t stop laughing ?.
When it came to paying, they didn’t accept Amex. We tried with Mastercard, but I had to insert the card instead of tapping, which earned us a big eye roll ??.
That said – the food was genuinely delicious, and the prices were excellent. Despite the comedy service, or maybe because of it, we left in good spirits. We’ll definitely be returning!

92 North Street, SudburyTrainee Barista on his own with a queue. He coped really well. I said why are you a trainee? He managed very well. Obviously because he was on his own tables weren't being cleared. Coffee was good, large Americano with extra shot.
Generally the place is starting to need refreshing. Shabby furniture etc.

The service was fantastic, Matt took great care of us and was very attentive to our every needs. Everyone was super friendly and bonus, it's a dog friendly pub so you get to meet little cuties! Highly recommend.

Ballingdon Valley Indian Cuisine
57 Ballingdon St, SudburyTrip to Suffolk with the Mrs for the weekend, had a beautiful meal here tonight. Service was great didn’t feel rushed at all even when the restaurant was busy later on during the night (around 7, we got there at half 5.) Mrs had the chicken tikka biryani I had the chicken tikka masala both really nice. Peshwari naan was amazing. Atmosphere and vibe was good too they clearly are liked round the town as restaurant was busy and lots of takeaways/phone calls. Only complaints were the portion sizes were a tad small, my chicken tikka masala only had around 6 bits of chicken and the vegetable curry for the biryani was in a small dish. Other than that very nice restaurant would come back, staff very friendly and helpful too. Good pricing considering we had a fair bit to drink.

We were made to feel very welcome and our lovely waitress was very attentive. They even set up the table with birthday confetti which was a nice surprise. It was the perfect way to spend the evening.

David is both an amazing host and cook, he even gave us dessert and an extra portion of chips free of charge! The service times are slightly longer than other establishments, but this is mainly because David is a one man army both waiting and cooking, and host friendliness and quality of the food makes it worth the wait!

34-35 King St, SudburyVisited here on a Saturday evening as we tried to order online but the online payment wasn't working. Great customer service and great food. Burgers were really tasty, chips were crispy like they should be, good portion sizes. Drinks and food were served promptly and the waitress asked several times if everything was ok/if we needed anything. Everywhere was clean and tidy. Will definitely return and would recommend.

I have eaten a few of the panini's which are always tasty and filling and come with crisps and some salad. Vegan hot chocolate 10/10. Vegan flapjack 10/10. They also sell their homemade chilli jam in jars which is 11/10! Staff very friendly and welcoming, immediately feel at home. Also came here one evening for a Christmas Rag Wreath-making workshop. Reasonably priced, fun and wholesome.

The care that goes into these meals, the quality of ingredients, presentation and flavor is exceptional. At risk of giving up our secret dinner spot… I hope Honey Hill stays busy and open for a very long time. They deserve the recognition for the quality they provide.
