After using these guys for several years. I placed an order for collection only to find some of the order was missing (only an extra pita bread...ok) Only to find the pita bread I did receive was also mouldy. Tried ringing the restaurant 3 times (they've always answered first time in the past) only to be ignored. I shan't be using again!

Wings were probably the worst I’ve ever had, super small, dry, slightly pink - had definitely been sitting there for hours. Kebab weren’t too bad, not much meat however. Got a small kebab and 4 wings (no drink) for just over £8 so complete rip-off. Luckily for them they’re the only chicken shop in Sudbury so will still get business even with the poor standards.

Do not visit the shop if you’re hungry, UK Best in Gaol Lane is way better option. They wouldn’t let me buy 4 pieces of chicken for no reason what so ever, was about 20 pieces of chicken cooking in their oven and he would only offer me 2. I laughed and asked him where his logic was and if he actually wanted to make any business at all and he was very rude & abrupt towards me, shouting at me me to leave the store. I still don’t quite understand why. Definitely not worth it and the food is horrible anyway, should have known better.

Friendly staff and always prompt with delivery.Does make me laugh some of the reviews saying they rip off drunk people….this isn’t the case they have a laugh and joke with the locals and never charge more than they say (sometimes it’s cheaper). Simple solution is not too get drunk and make sure you know how much money you have.They have been around years and it’s a credit to them.

First time ordering from Chicken George and omg the food was amazing only one fault that my husband could find was the amount of donor meat he felt there may not had been enough but he did add the chicken meat made up for it. We will definitely be getting another take away from here again

Ordered food for 8 pm and it arrives at 6 45 luckily I finished work early or they would have left and I wouldn't have got my food

I’ve eaten from here lots and have never had a problem until Saturday night. I was out for the first time in nearly 3 years and decided I’d get a mixed kebab to share with my partner at home as he’d stayed up for me. I’d had it a few times before so knew when it was bought over it didn’t look right, but I checked with the guy that had charged me £12 something for it, but he said yes that’s right. Once I’d got home and opened it I realised it had only one Pitta and was around half the size. I have to say I think your trying to con late night drinkers

£7 for a large potato wedges and cheese, you’ve got to be having a laugh!It’s empty in the day cause no one in their right mind would pay that kind of money. They basically make money ripping drunk people off on nights out in the area.

A very basic kebab shop,they serve you a deconstructed kebab which you put together yourself,the staff seemed to be more interested in the online order service than to people who actualy bother to visit the shop and it's a strictly cash only place which was a real pain as having to go and find a working cashpoint ?

I'm here visiting sudbury and ordered a takaway for the first night for 4 people. The food was delicious and not greasy at all and enjoyed every part of it. Definitely going to order agen with out a doubt. 5* guys like what I had so keep up that good work. Also the delivery driver was polite and cracked a smile so for that another 5*.#sudbury takaway, #takaway, #late Night

Placed a simple order of chicken burgers in the store, got home....totally wrong....given beef burgers instead!! Went back, managed to get a refund. Staff called me a liar - I had made them repeat the order back to me when I placed it. Rude staff, crap, cold food (if it's right in the first place), very questionable hygiene (the incorrect burgers were placed in the warming bit at the top of the heater and were still there when i left!). I'd rather go hungry or find somewhere else to eat!!
