“Trainee Barista on his own with a queue. He coped really well. I said why are you a trainee? He managed very well. Obviously because he was on his own tables weren't being cleared. Coffee was good, large Americano with extra shot.
Generally the place is starting to need refreshing. Shabby furniture etc.”

“Some Costa coffee shops have poorly trained staff, awful hygiene standards, inexcusable bad coffee making and dirty. But Sudbury town centre Costa delivers better standards and all but one staff member can make a decent flat white.”
