I know it's a chain and you should support local businesses. But their coffee is so much better here. The staff sre slways smiling and happy to serve. Extra points if the ever cheerful Lauren is serving. Also it beats the other chain coffees in town as it is spacious, doesn't feel like they have crammed as many seats in as possible to the point of uncomfortable.

Probably the worst Costa I've ever been in - absolutely filthy! Flys in the cake cabinet and the waitress couldn't care less. Tables not cleared and place is in need of a good clean .

It's a costa. Of course the products are the same as at any other branch but the atmosphere is very warm and welcoming. However the service can be unwelcoming, I assume this was due to the fact that the day I went something's had happened

Coffee seems to be getting weaker and more inferior every visit!The powers that be should go to Starbucks or Cafe Nero to sample a coffee that doesn't need extra shots in to give a taste.
Good and friendly service. Waitresses were lovely and hot chocolate were good. Waitresses provided good entertainment. However an odd smell lingered for a couple of minutes and then went away
