Ordered Greggs for our works xmas lunch, Ordered a week in advance as it was a large order everything was ready on time all the savories were hot and everything what we ordered was there with nothing missing. Staff were very helpful called half an hour before as I panicked thinking it wasn't going to be there but was reassured its all been taken care of. I would definitely recommend if you are doing a large order use Greggs as it was prefect! Thanks again a very happy customer!

Called in here whilst in Sudbury. Not been for years. Popped into Greggs and the food, as always, was good, the cleanliness of the place wasn't that great. The girls were standing about chatting and the floor was covered in crumbs and looked decidedly grubby. Not somewhere I usually go to and I don't think this is a place I will be in any hurry to rush back to.

So disappointed come down at 14.00 to get lunch they had run out of pizza and sausage rolls And wasn't cooking anymore.Jokes!!
Have not been here for a while. The staff as usual always happy and smiling. There is no longer a dine in opinion and toilet is still out of order. Whats going on with Greg's??
