when you place an order to be delivered at a specified time, you tell the person on the phone...twice the time you'd like it to be delivered, then they arrive 1.5 hours early, they then tell you they can't do anything about it! customer service skills wouldn't go amiss.

This place made my school career tolerable. For that it is a 5 star. I can’t wait for this place to feature in Kitchen Nightmares where we get to see on television just how awful the place is. I heard that this place will give you 7 types of exotic diarrhoea so heads up on that place.

19.05.22 Just order a £30 takeaway, which included Grilled pork dumplings all of them burnt black on the bottom, now sauce served with them plus Hot Wok special Chow main also burnt and just dripping a burnt tasting sauce...Very Very disappointed and not edible...will not be order there again for a while.

Probably the best Chinese I have had in Sudbury. Delivered hot and on time. The caramelized chicken was superb, the mixed seafood also excellent. All food well presented. Thoroughly recommended.

Ordered a meal from here before no problems but today ordered the same meal I always order because I am allergic to onions spring onions and bean sprouts I asked for then not to be included and informed them about being allergic to them they said ok no problem get my delivery and open it up and they had put them in it I call to complaine and the lady was very rude saying that I was wrong lucky I check my food before I eat it or something could have gone very wrong I will not be ordering from them again please teach you employees to treat people with respect when they answer the phone at least the delivery drive understood

Ordered Thai green curry, it was the worst Thai I have ever had. Onion, green pepper a bit of carrot and rather washed out pineapple, in what can only be described as curried dish water. No taste at all, no fragrance, lemon grass, coconut or anything else. Will not ever order this again. Do not order this meal, you will be very disappointed.

Best Chinese I’ve had in years! For all of the battered items, they took a small cut out of the plastic lids, so they didn’t get soggy.The smoked caramelised chicken was a particularly nice dish and the salt n pepper prawns were banging!

I have always ordered from here but the last couple of times I have telephoned to place an order I have found the same person really rude! I shall not be placing any further orders from here ever! To be honest the food has been pretty sub standard as well ! Lucky I've given them one star.

Placed order over phone was told 20 minutes which was great considering the large order placed. Obviously the girl on the other end of the phone don't know what she is doing or can't read as she don't know the difference between plain and chicken! Called up to say all the chow mein orders was incorrect and the 'Don't care" attitude from the man I spoke to was absolutely disgusting! Needless to say that will be the last £100 + order they will be getting from me. Oh and food was average should have gone to my usual takeaway instead of giving hot wok another go........never again!

Large portions of tasteless dishes. Big order so had a variety, black bean, cripspy chilli, salted squid, dumplings etc. All tasted the same, bland and greasy. Won't be ordering from again.

Took 2 hours to get to my house, and had to meet the driver about a mile away after he sat waiting at my local pubs car park without ringing me, 60 pounds worth, was freezing and Inedible, after complaining was told I could have 10 off my next order which I wasn’t happy about, but swallowed it, and when I next ordered they refused to speak to me and was told it never happened, so asked to speak to a manager who continued to refuse to come to the phone, and said they would have wrote it down if I was owed anything so got nothing back for my wasted 60 pound after being a loyal customer every week since they opened, terrible customer service and attitude to loyal customers.
