Poor service waited for for an hour and half for our meal, we was a group booking of 13 very dis organised,Got charged for popadoms and dips that I didn’t eat as they took a group order and spread the charge over the group, food was Luke warmWould never go here again !!!!!

Now I moved to Sudbury 2 weeks ago, last weeks Indian takeaway from elsewhere was not so good…this weeks at Indian OMG out of this world… Starter and main course. My takeaway delivery was Early, it was hot, it was tasty, it was AMAZING!!!! So glad I found you (by walking through town) starter AND main was gorgeous - everyone agreed not just me they were all great. Well Done to all. Found my go too place…

Disappointed to say the least. Ordered via Just-Eat at 5:30pm and given a delivery time of 6:40-7pm. Just-Eat was updated to say it was out for delivery and asked how was your food around 6:30pm. No sign of the food. Call India Restaurant around 7:30pm and was told they were busy and it would be with us for another 30 mins. Still no sign come 8pm and when attempted to call India Restaurant on multiple occasions it just went straight to answerphone. As we'd been waiting over 2.5 hours now we made alternative arrangements (Beans on Toast!). Delivery finally arrived at 9pm, 3.5 hours after ordering - It was refused and sent back!

Use to be brilliant. But delivery service and communication terrible. Second time we have waited over 3 hours for a delivery. Ended up having to cancel, waiting refund still. Would not recommend to anyone which is a shame as this was our go to for a long time.
