Just ordered a bargain bucket at the drive-through.. All chips were upside down in the bag. Chips were cooked in old oil, making them too greasy and tasting awful. The bucket was an even bigger disappointment. Fingerlicking good? The colonel would immediately shut this particular KFC if he'd tasted what I just was served. Shouldn't the chicken be covered in a crunchy layer, for a nice bite? If I wanted crunch, I should have munched on the bones.. Thank you KFC Sudbury, I've made up my mind and will never visit another KFC again.

Worst KFC or fast food place that I have found E.G this visit ordered fillet tower Meal with a Pepsi and a original wrap What you get is a piece of chicken with a slice of lettuce in between two bits of bread half solid, half liquid gravy and a wrap but they couldn’t wrap up properly and the Pepsi was only half full and that’s with ice. Absolute joke this place

KFC have changed their fries to signature fries too spicey they need to offer a choice, my husband took one bite and had to spit it out!!! Why have they changed something thats worked for so long? He also had a 4 piece chicken meal and it came with 4 drumsticks no variety at all, will not be rushing back such a shame as we have enjoyed this KFC for a long time. ?

Can't get ice cream dessert here they just said we are a franchise and don't do the menu as stated by KFC so if that's the case why have a menu

Ordered KFC through Uber eats this evening & the order arrived completely wrong I think the only thing that was correct was the cans of drink. Tried to call them to ask what happened & where my food was but no answer, so I drove down to see if I could get the correct order and get it refreshed because everything would have been stone cold by the time I got back home which defeats the object to get it delivered! I got told they’ll make it all fresh but can’t do anything about my delivery fee because the food got delivered. Absolutely appalling behaviour, didn’t even get an apology.

Good points:Chicken tasted nice.Bad points:Insufficient change in the till to provide exact change, Restaurant was dirty. All tables and bins were dirty/full. Staff seemed stressed… one member had a verbal meltdown at a delivery driver creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. Felt awkward asking for more food and drink. They stopped serving fries and the last portion of fries we had tasted like they was cooked in the chicken VAT. Restaurant was freezing cold.My impression is that the store manager needs to up their game. A large chain franchise as such should not have so many faults in one restaurant.
Food could have been a lot better, service was about 20 mins concentrating on all other orders except customers waiting at the conunter. Hardly anbyone sitting down but mess everywhere. Not made welcome nor any mention mof the wait, despite walkings coming in well after me getting served and mout the door before me.

Really pleased with my experience here. I ordered the mighty bucket for one and a few extras. The staff member altered me to say they only had two drumstick pieces left, and asked if I wanted those or to wait for fresh chicken. I was happy to wait and I appreciate that he asked as hate getting two drumsticks as they can be quite small.
