Excellent afternoon out on The Lady Florence. Lunch was delicious. Crew were friendly, efficient and made everyone feel very welcome. The commentator was very knowledgeable pointing out places of interest and historical data. Boat was comfortable and the journey was very smooth. Would highly recommend.

Our Sunday lunch river cruise was absolutely great. Despite a chilly, damp March day, we were toasty on board with a log burning stove. Food was excellent and plenty of it. Can not recommend highly enough for an alternative dining experience.

Went for a breakfast cruise on Lady Florence and it was a fantastic trip. I took my son (10) and my dad (92) and we all enjoyed it hugely - so it's certainly one for all age groups! The guys are helpful and incredibly informative. The boat is perfect for chugging up/down the Alde and it's certainly something we'd come and do again. Highly recommended.

Regrettably had to cancel at short notice due to my fathers terminal illness. He died the following day. Was still charged a surcharge of £40 plus the loss of the ticket prices so all in all nearly £100. Did email to express some surprise at the surcharge and got a one line semi literate response basically saying “tough luck”. Awful treatment of customers. I was going to rebook but certainly won’t bother now. If you book just make sure you don’t need to cancel for any reason as they’ll clobber you with charges!

I would highly recommend booking a table with these Guys as I did before top menu to choose from plus the cruise was delightful, the staff on board are very friendly and the atmosphere is great, try it out you will not be disappointed they have to boats to choose from just look on the web site.

What an amazing pub! Stayed over night in a really nice room and had avocado on toast for breakfast. Really lovely staff and feel to the pub - couldn't recommend it more. Well worth a visit if you are in the area.

Been on this once before. It us absolutely wonderful. The food is lovely- a choice of pre ordered meals. Drinks are served outside before lunch and coffees afterwards outside again, so you don't miss the amazing views. A thoroughly enjoyable experience and definitely recommend this trip. Along the way, we saw a seal and we are given a few facts about the places we pass. Gorgeous!
