Amazing Service - Cannot thank them enough for their very kind service and fabulous food that we had. My two grandchildren and myself. The manager allocated us a table and a time frame which we kept. We didn’t have time for the children to eat their dessert and incredibly two takeaway desserts were given to us. The children had left their hats by the river, so we had to dash. Unfortunately they had vanished. ?… but thank you so much for going beyond the call of duty. ❤️

Craig the manager gave us excellent service and was very helpful. Also SIMONA always very kind and gives 101% to everyone bless her. Nothing is too much bother from both of them. Great place to eat. Always made to feel very welcome. We will be back very soon. ????

Today I was starring in a Carry On film, with A friend. It was called Carry on Chef-ing! We went to Prezzo in Woodbridge, for a catch up and a meal. The catch up was great, the meal not so! The first course came promptly, but lacked content and the side salad was becoming a soup due to the amount of dressing it had on it. The salad was returned and a new one came, minus the dressing, but also minus the tomatoes! The manager arrived at this point. We explained our disappointments. He duly removed our food and offered to replace it all, plus free desserts for us. While apologising, a new chef was mentioned, he was using the wrong portion sizes! Our Replacement meals arrive, mine was a little bland but not too bad. My friends however appeared to have weird chicken in. Enter the manager again... oh dear ‘the chef has used the ‘vegetarian’ substitute!’ That meal is then taken back too. Finally an edible meal is produced 3rd time lucky. By this time though we had filled up with air through so much talking and laughing. The whole evening ended up being free! The poor new chef was having a bad night, there was a burning smell and flames at one point too! We laugh now! In fairness though, the manage Craig, was extremely gracious and handled the whole thing very well.???

Awful. Stuck in corner upstairs. Mains where sent back, waiting staff trying their best but obviously place has gone down hill. Needs a new lick of paint and more kitchen staff . The manager front of house looked like he was dressed to go to the shops , he was slumped over laptop when we came in and didn’t even make eye contact.

Atmosphere was nice. Shown to the table and ordered quite quickly. Cheesy garlic bread was lovely. For mains, they delivered our meals but forgot one and had to ask again what was ordered. This then arrived quite a while later. One of the mains was a very small portion and another was a pasta dish which had been left out and the sauce had dried and congealed, which was hard to eat. Desserts were nice and staff were friendly but we won't be coming back in a rush.

I would be terribly careful eating at this branch, staff at front of house lovely, but due to a recent sudden drive for staff in the kitchen, we were treated to sharpened shards of cocktail sticks in a pizza, head office have not taken this seriously. Used to love going here, but the shoddy replies from head office will mean no further business from us and actually many people, so sad, used to love going for a pizza but the company seems oblivious to their own very shoddy practices. One wonders how the staff are treated by the company and why they have such lazy attitude to when things are wrong. A decent apology and a refund for what was an accident would have sufficed but this company is not big enough for this. Roll on the new Pizza restaurant in Woodbridge. I feel really sorry for the staff who work there, clearly a top down pass the buck organisation.

We weren’t expecting a Michelin starred experience but an enjoyable, well cooked meal, as we have experienced from other Prezzos. We won’t be going back!

Arrived at 20:20 on Wednesday 9/2/22 and asked the host for a table for two. The restaurant had about a dozen covers on the ground floor, plus a member of staff enjoying eating a what looked like a wonderful bowl of spaghetti bolognaise right in front of us at a table by the door. The answer was a polite NO, as we had not pre booked a table, therefore we would not be able to come in . Asked why not and the answer was that someone had not come in to work, so the restaurant was only accepting pre booked diners. The place was nearly empty, we were happy to wait, but still no. Very disappointed ! We walked a minute down the road to The Anchor pub and enjoyed a great meal and drinks , really nice staff, good atmosphere and ended up spending 60 quid, plus a good tip. Good atmosphere, a really great pub, busy for a damp Wednesday evening, great service and look forward to returning —- that’s to The Anchor, not Prezzo ! Later, as we were walking back to our hotel, the young man who was enjoying his staff supper in Prezzo was hoovering the restaurant, watched by the other staff.

I would like to start by saying the staff are friendly, the service was good and food was great but half way through my meal i notice a waitress looking very distressed and later heard how her manager was talking to her and demanding her to do things when i could even see she was busy. He stood around at the entrance for most of our visit and even left people waiting at the door and then continued to go laughing and standing around. The staff seemed very worn out and they only seemed to have had two chefs in the kitchen who looked as tho they were struggling. I hope the manager treats his staff better as they have great service and would like to visit more often.

A beautiful end to a few days away. Struggled to find anywhere to eat in Woodbridge at 4pm and were about to give up when we found Prezzos. What a haven, warm welcome, food was fantastic and when we asked where we could get a taxi we were provided with a umber. Highly recommended restaurant. Thank you staff.
