We had guest from America joining and everyone was super impressed with everything, from the speedy and friendly service to all of the food and the extra accommodating host who was phenomenal and even came outside to take a photo after our celebrations.Highly recommend the garlic bread with cheese and caramelized onions. *Chef’s Kiss*We had a range of different dishes. The kids loved their selections too and It is Definitely worth saving some room for desert. Loved the whole experience and will be back again soon!Dietary restrictions: Special menu to accommodate those with allergies and dietary restrictionsKid-friendliness: Easy kids menu to navigate and even the option for Tiny Tums for the smaller kids. Not to mention, they get a great kids sized desert that doesn’t have them bouncing off the walls after dinner!

THANK YOU to the amazing manager at Woodbridge on Friday 20 October. As I was eating my pizza for lunch (having arrived by train) I discovered that Storm Babet was causing ‘major incident’ flooding at Framlingham, and my 95 year old father was in his home with the flood waters at his door. No taxis were running out of Woodbridge. The manager spent 10 minutes telephoning around and found an Ipswich based taxi that would take me as far as possible. The taxi drove to Parham, from where I walked 55 minutes through the flood waters to get to my Dad. I made it! Thank you Prezzo. Awesome service

Supper on holiday. Staff were friendly and helpful. Crab and lobster ravioli was delicious and portion size just right. Affogato ( with an amaretto) was a perfect ending. Waiter very helpful with accessing the 25% off food offer.Excellent value for money.

Poor welcome and menus given to you as you walk in is perhaps not the best start. Table wonky on a slope. Seemed very understaffed with just two serving. To hot in the restaurant made it a little uncomfortable. Quite a long wait too. Having said this we have been here many times and enjoyed our meal. As usual it's all about having the right staff!

I didn’t want to leave a poor review as I really love Prezzo’s, but our take away was poor. Every single time I order the gluten free garlic bread, they burn it so much it’s inedible! My husband says you could play frisbee with it!! For nearly 6 pounds that’s not acceptable! There was hardly any sauce in my gluten free rusticana either. How hard is it to not burn the bread!!

Arrived at 7pm as a party of five. We were shown to our table by a server who already had two plates inhis hand and was waiting another table. After out starters arrived, there was a 50 minute wait for the main course, which only arrived when we reminded staff. I am pretty sure we had been forgotten as people were served food who had arrived well after us. The Chicken Alfredo was cold and I had to ask for cutlery. The tiny portion tasted of tinned chicken soup and was returned. We will not be returning.

We arrived here for dinner was greeted by a man in a lumberjack type shirt and jeans thought he was a customer until he directed us to our seats . Requested Appletize said no longer asked Fusilli Gorgonzola was told no and no suggestion of a equivalent, ordered 2 chicken alfredo arrived pasta hard and undercooked , returned them . 3 ninutes later ??? 2 more chicken alfredos appeared this time very hot dishes pasta was still hard .. We returned them and had Pizzas , with the second Chicken Alfredo he put parmasan on top but also over the table and did not clean the table , then put parmasan over my partners trousers and top with no apology , overall bad experience of something we were looking forward to , no compensation we just paid and left

We visited whilst on holiday with family. We almost avoided due to some negative reviews we had read, however we are glad we did. From the moment we arrived we were greater in a warm friendly manner and treated really well. The food was yummy and presented well and the staff added to the overall great experience. Well done, we will certainly return next time we are in Woodbridge. Many thanks.

Ok so went into this restaurant today and waited at the counter to be seated for ten minutes then we were totally ignored for twenty minutes. They appeared to be short staffed the single waiter was getting more and more annoyed with his job banging plates and sweating! I was really fed up at this point and told my wife we should go but my wife said she really wanted to try one of their new menu items so I said I will give it five more minutes. The waiter then served a couple that were behind us in the queue so we left. I have never had a problem at any Prezzo before and was terribly disappointed by the way we were treated, I love their food but will not go back to Woodbridge Prezzo again!

We had dinner there this evening. I ordered the “ new” pizza on the menu which is described as having ricotta, courgette and sun dried tomato on it. In reality, there were 2 extremely thin slices of courgette , so thinly sliced that they fell apart when i attempted to eat them, 3 dabs of ricotta, a few tomatoes and the rest was pastry and more pastry. A horrible pizza. I complained tothe ( lovely) waiter, who very kindly deducted the pizza from our bill.Furthermore, we were given a table in a corner in the corridor on the first floor by a window overlooking a side street. The window was covered in cobwebs and had clearly not been cleaned for a very long time. Not very nice to sit next to that whilst having dinner

Visited last night with four very excited girls as a birthday treat.I am a regular and as always the manager was welcoming and accommodating.Very quick service which is important when you have children.Amazing food and my daughter loves the mocktails. This always makes the meal feel a little bit more special ?So pleased that the Woodbridge branch is not closing as it would be such a shame. If you haven't been please go for a meal, you won't be disappointed.Kid-friendliness: Fantastic options for kids.

We had a lovely evening at Prezzo celebrating my sister's birthday. Thanks to our waiter Alfie who was friendly and helpful.

The food was decent and the staff were very good. It just seems like the customer is being squeezed from many directions to make a larger profit. For example, a normal pizza costs about £15, which is quite a lot for a pizza. You can pay an extra £3 to make this extra large. When you pay extra for an extra large pizza you expect a proper pizza. What came out was a standard sized pizza. I could have eaten two, which is not great considering it's meant to be extra large. The drinks were also very expensive and a bit disappointing. A cocktail was £10, which is the sort of price you expect to pay in central London. I'll treat myself though, I thought. What I got was a small tumbler filled about a quarter of the way, mostly with ice. Literally two sips. If you are going to charge top prices at least make it so that people don't feel disappointed.

Excellent staff, excellent food - A lovely evening.Visiting the area with family and they were busy - they couldn't seat 8 - after a a 5 minute wait they had arrange for 2 tables of 4 close to each other, one for the adults and one for the children. It worked well and they treated the children as adults. The food was delicious and everyone had everything they wanted. We were offered to take the left-overs away but sadly staying at a local hotel this wasn't really possible - but still appreciated.Would definitely visit again if passing. (Sadly there aren't any Prezzo restaurants in our area or we would certainly visit the brand in the future.)Thanks again for a lovely evening meal.
