Nice place to linger. A visit here is simply part of Framlingham. Here you feel like you're eating authentically with the whole village and it's always nice to sit in between and enjoy a meal like you would want by the fireplace. Beautiful old pictures on the walls, antlers above the door. We love it. The food is always good and it's not just British home cooking. Here you can also find Indian dishes, lots of fish, pie, great desserts and cakes. I hope to try the Sunday Roast too. We haven't made it in time yet. The service is always very nice despite the fact that the store is always full. So many thanks to the station for always great evenings or the delicious pizza that you can take with you :)

Steak was cooked to my liking. But vegetables not cooked wel was tuff and stringy. Potatoes were not tasty at all. I am afraid i will not be returning. Very expensive as well.

We tried to visit last night to order food at around 7.30pm, but we couldn't get in, there were two ladies sat at a table, and around 6 or 7 gents stood around the bar who all looked when we tried to open the door and watched us through the window, there was no-one behind the bar and no-one offered to show us in.We tried to see if there was any other access, but felt a bit embarrassed and confused and left.It no doubt doesn't deserve a low rating but I'm rating our experience of our 'visit'

A small and clean pub, friendly and helpful staff, delicious food. We ordered pork belly, and it was a large portion, good value and very tasty.

Amazing Squid, perfect texture, probably the best I had. Parents said the same about 10 oz. Steak and Lamb. True natural meat. And very tasty beer

A small busy pub with a nice vibe to the place. Also had a good selection of ales which seem to be kept very well. We also stayed for a meal. This was mixed bag. Let’s start with the good. The special they had on was very tasty slow cooked beef blade and the slow cooked pork belly was melt in the mouth. Unfortunately the steak was real disappointment. We Asked for medium but it came very well done and was chewy. Just a bad steak. The fish stew was nice but came out almost cold.

Proper pub with no music, just great beer and superb food.

Went for lunch after quite a while. Somewhat underwhelmed. The food was OK but not as good as we remember it, and the lunch menu more restricted. Fewer light dishes. The smaller size glasses of Chilean(I think) Merlot at £8 a time is a ripoff. Altogether just felt something had changed since we used to go.

Renowned locally for its food and atmosphere, the Station surpassed itself on New Year's Eve. Possibly the best meal out in 2023. The place was buzzing but the staff coped extremely well. As for the food, it was top notch. I had the ribeye steak with peppercorn sauce cooked to perfection with garlic saute potatoes. My wife and a friend said their coq au vin was wonderful. They were less happy with the sherry trifle they shared saying it was overly swet. However, my dark chocolate tart was simply amazing. Top marks all round!

Four of us went on recommendation for evening meal. Not disappointed. Varied and good menu. Relaxed eating in busy bar area. Lots of locals. Beer was good too. Very happily return. Because I am picky I would have given 5 stars if the bar brass was polished and loos updated but all in all good value and pleasant experience. We spent about £30 per head including drink, mains for each and shared starters.

We stayed in Framlingham for 3 days and ended up eating here 3 times. The quality of the food was incredible, beers really good and the prices really resonable. We got there on Sunday at opening time and in 30 minutes the place was really busy. If a pub can attract both locals and visitors, it deserves to do well. And this one obviously does.

Fun place for a great pub lunch. A good walk around Framingham either before or after lunch is an added treat.
