Me and my friend had a Subway tonight in Addlestone and we were served by Vishal. Vishal is committed to great service and is very friendly. Food was served rapidly and was delicious.

If there was a 0 star rating, this subway would undeniably earn it. Extremely disappointed with my visit to this Subway. The owner's racist and offensive remarks, including the use of a derogatory term ‘paki’, made my experience incredibly uncomfortable while I was with my family & my children. AND TO THINK THIS WAS THE OWNER- absolutely disgusting.She accused my child of stealing, even though I requested CCTV footage, which she refused to show, as my child was in the shop at all times with me as we were waiting to be served. The owner's erratic and aggressive behaviour and refusal to provide evidence were alarming and just showed her lack of professionalism, she seemed like she was on drugs. I left without my order, feeling discriminated against and upset. I hope management takes this matter seriously and addresses the issue promptly. I asked for her name several times which she would not give but she is the OWNER OF THIS SUBWAY, a morrocan lady in her 30’s. Absolutely vile. I’m thankful for the people who stuck up for my family.WARNING- Avoid this place if you’re looking for a decent experience- there are better places to grab a sandwich.

it was a bad experience, I paid £2.99 for 5 Hash Browns sides, and they didn't even give a full portion of the Hash Browns, In one portion of hash browns 6 in a portion for £1.49.The 6-inch chicken tikka sub on a display screen shows £5.49 but charges me £5.99, and the sub is not prepared well. recommend not to visit this Subway as they are charging high prices.

Subway is quite essentially a sandwhich. Bread with filling and some salad. A foot long sub with crisps and a drink is now almost £13. When you realise you can go to Nandos for that money and have a sit in meal with bottomless drinks it puts things into perspective. If subway kept their prices to be under £6-7 for a meal deal I’d be there every other day, but now I will never return. So for the sake of subway getting an extra few £££ out of me, they’ve lost that customer lifetime value.

Staff don't know what they doing. Food Not toasted, cold ! Had in my sandwich some Stuff i have never Asked ! I won't recommend at all !! It used to be good but is not anymore.

We have been going to this subway for years but the last 2 visits have been pretty bad. The staff seem all new and are completely disorganised - no one stays on a single station, the (manager?) was the only one able to operate the till but she was running off into the back so i had to wait about 4 minutes with my subs getting cold to pay. The restaurant had online orders but there were only 2 people in store - if they had just organised the line it would have gone swimmingly. Our sandwiches were cold and hard by the time i got them home. Unfortunately I won’t be going back after 2 bad experiences in a row.

Ordered a Tex Mexan, came with no salad in it. When I went back to show the woman saying it comes with 3 pieces of red pepper. Joke!

Placed an order for 3 6” meal deals at 12.30pm order didn’t arrive until 2.36pm. Food was hard when it arrived. The delivery driver had been waiting at subway for this time, when I asked why it had taken so long he informed me there was only 1 person working. I had tried ringing the restaurant to get an update on my order more than 8 times in my 2 hour wait with no one answering the phone.
