Very quick, polite and efficient. I didn't receive, and didn't realise at the time to ask for one, the plastic bag with my sub though so if you plan to eat off your lap (as I often do using the bag as a table mat) be cautious!
We visited for lunch and the staff were polite and approachable. The restaurant wasn't busy but the eating area was clean and tidy. They seemed to have everything available and the bread was fresh.
