Gone downhill recently with the service. Also a couple of times I’ve tried to scan the app and the scanning machine on the desk doesn’t work. The staff should ask if you have the app and check it’s been scanned before taking payment .

I never write reviews but everytime I go into this shop I feel extremely let down. Usually I find Neros pleasant but this shop has totally put me off the brand. The staff is extremely slow and unorganised, there always seems to be a trainee who creates the wrong drink or a miserable employee. Twice occasions I have waited at the till to be served and been completely ignored by staff to the point I have actually walked out. Worst shop on the high street!

This shop has really gone downhill! It is ABSOLUTELY filthy which it shouldn't be at 7.30 a.m. Last 5 days coffee served in take away cups only, no stirrersand no canderal today.

We’ve visited a number of times and have previously forgiven the dark setting. This time we sat in the ‘comfy’ seats and I wonder when they last received a clean let alone a vacuum. Bits of biscuit. The seats are stained too! Tables didn’t look like they’d seen any cleaning fluid in a very long time.

This place is always buzzing - the service is fantastic (especially Mehmet and the blue haired barista ?) the coffee is far better than the other chain coffee shops and the food here is pretty great too.The staff seem to care about their customers and the store is always clean and well appointedIf there's a queue, it's worth the wait - don't forget your loyalty app ??Parking: There's a few spaces on the high street, but it's the wild west - prepare to pounce if you see a space about to empty
