Really nice restaurant with good local parking. Feels family run, staff are very warm, friendly, polite and engaging.Food was really nice, and nicely presented. Also the choice of drinks is varied as well. They sing happy birthday loudly which distracts you in your tracks.No complaints here and I would return!

Galu has been a firm favourite with lots of my friends and family for years now and always delivers for a special occasion. Amazing atmosphere and service, food is great for what you pay! No festive season is complete without a night out in Galu either. Support independent restaurants over the chains!

Nice place, lovely owners, good food and plenty of it!One thing that spoilt our visit was a big group of people(10), sitting next to us and behaving as if they were the ONLY customers there, despite that the place was full.They were very noisy, shouting across the long table, often in less than polite language. For them it may have been a riot, for us it was unbearable.
