Horrendous. I’ve never had such bad service and bad food. Pre ordered on the Papa Johns app for 6:30. 7pm no sign of delivery, called the branch and was told the driver is out with the order. 7:30 still no sign, second call made and was advised again the driver is due to deliver it shortly, when asked won’t it be cold we were told it had only just left. 7:40 it finally arrived. Cold. Like yesterday’s leftovers. Third call to the branch and was offered a free side dish on our next order. There won’t be a next order. £30 of take away in the bin. Don’t waste your money.

Wouldn't normally complain about this store but lately I'm very disappointed in the side orders: potato tots for just over £6!!! The portion size for the amount it costs is a joke!!

I ordered for delivery for 1.45pm so that I would get it for my lunch hour at work. at 2.25pm I called and was told it was on its way.
I called again at 2.38pm as it still hadn't arrived. As of 3.03pm I am still waiting.
I am going to request a refund.

Just had the worst pizza in my life not cooked and very late as we order very early so they should be no problem at all and the manager there was trying it on the phone I think my dog won't eat it

Terrible service, terrible staff. Have sent the wrong order but refuse to accept or rectify the problem. Have previously had a bad experience here around delivery but gave them one more chance. Never again. Completely incompetent. Stay well clear of this place.

Appalling service, Mane the manager was rude and Di not care. Food was cold, seals were broken and order took well over 90 minutes. Wanted to collect pizza for a refund told him he was more than welcome and then didn't want to collect it. Worst service and food ever. Please avoid!!
