For the benefit of future customers, a follow-up to the below review and the owner's response asking for an email contact (so you can't see it). I sent TWO (2) emails, and NONE were replied to. THAT is how LOW they think of their customers.Awful service. Booked a table for the family for 18:30. Confirmation email arrived. We arrived exactly on time to be told by the totally unsympathetic waiter that, according to his scrappy sheet of paper, they didn't have our reservation. There was only 1 table with anyone there at the time. The place was empty. I showed the email confirmation, so he opened his phone and app and there listed was our reservation and table 4 assigned. He basically said tough and dismissed us to spend the next 30 minutes walking the cold streets to find somewhere to eat.On passing the restaurant after we had eaten, on our way to the car, the restaurant was still almost empty with plenty of empty tables.Clearly they run two table reservation booking systems. The official website and a sheet of paper.

From the moment I walked in until I left, "Burger Club" was simply awesome. The people there are super nice, the burgers are crazy good, the place looks cool, and it's in a great spot. If you love burgers, you gotta check this place out!

has taken longer than 2 hours in deliveroo for 1 burger a chips. Have been trying to get through to the restaurant for half hour I have called 46 times and no awnser… Really poor hospitality! Only order from this place if you’re willing to have a long wait!

Not good. Called to make a collection takeaway, was immediately told ' can you use the app please we are very busy'. They were asked 'how long'....when the phone was put down their end. Ordered on the app. Told collection was at 19.24 (20 minutes later) Arrived at 19.25, Waited 35 minutes. Meanwhile the brilliant C&K restaurant in Nork were dead on time, very friendly and provided hot fresh food. Which after waiting for the burger was stone-cold. The burger: cheesy chips were tepid at best (I live 2 minutes away) burger was given a 7/10 by the person who ate it.

We have used the Burger Club in Banstead since it opened. Great staff and a lovely man used to deliver our burgers very quickly. They have now switched to Deliveroo and it is a disaster. Ordered our food at 6.22pm and received at 8.35pm. What a shame .

OMD I CANNOT SAY ANYTHING MORE - IT WAS AMAZING!!!!!! I LOVED IT SOOO MUCH!! THE SHAKES, THE FOOD, THE FRIES ALL SO GOOD!!!!! ADVISE TO GO ANYTIME :)
Always great service and food. One recommendation I would have is to offer the club sandwich for delivery or take out. I know it’s done so it doesn’t ruin the integrity of it but other places do it. My family would personally order a lot more food if we had the option.

Very smart and comfy place. great burgers and the sides are lovely too. all high quality and reasonably priced. friendly , polite and well mannered staff who aren't overbearing or noisy. nice rewards/loyalty scheme on the app.will be returning soonParking: theres free parking after 6pm in banstead high street
