I thoroughly enjoyed my Mothers Day Sunday Roast, with complimentary Bucks Fizz, at the Woolpack. The service was outstanding and the food was delicious. Will definitely go back.

Always a pleasure to call into the Woolpack and always a comfort to see The Bishops Finger is still on the pump.

We only drank, but very lovingly. We asked them to take a photo of us and they told us that it was part of their job. Many beers, very delicious.

First visit after learning from my neighbour that she had one of best meals at the Woolpack. I dread going to restaurants because the food is always disappointing. So when my husband suggested this pub I thought worth trying. I had the mushroom and walnut pate which was truly delicious, followed by scallops equally delicious and then the jasmine infused panna cotta! I congratulate the head chef Gabriel who I went to meet and congratulate him for producing great food which is a rare thing for miles. Excellent presentation and flavours. Excellent from start to finish! And the car park has 3 electric charging stations which is a bonus!Parking: A huge car park on the side and back

Good place bit pricey. Food is good. Only draw back is manageress is very rude and grumpy and never smiles or makes you feel welcome. Seemed more annoyed the place was packed and felt like she shouldn't be bothered to serve people!

A surprisingly good pub , fantastic food, a great selection of unusual foods on the menu which I didn't manage to try them all but I will definitely come back. Our waitress was Liv and she was remarkable too. It was busy even on a Monday evening. By far the best best pub / restaurant iv been to in a long time. Well priced as well. Definitely well worth a visit.
