Would give it 0 stars if I could order from here on Friday BBQ meat feast pizza and next thing I knew I was throwing up due to food poisoning from there chicken on the pizza I will never order here again and when I went into the store demanding a refund because of the food poisoning they where very stubborn about giving me one an awful way to treat your customers I advise no one to order from here

It's been a looooong time since I ordered pizza from Dominos, and finally going back I have been sorely disappointed.They now charge £2.50 delivery for less than a mile.The food is not as I remember it, quite bland and tasteless now tbh.I feel so sorry for the drivers, who I would previously tip generously, but if I'm already paying £2.50 for delivery how can I justify an additional tip? How do you define "exceptional service" when delivering pizza?And Dominos "begging" for an additional in-app driver tip after the food is on its way feels like pure corporate greed to me. Do the the drivers actually see any of this?Do they get reasonable remuneration for their service?Yep - Dominos will now be permanently excluded from my go-to food outlets.

I just had the worst time with this place I will never order from this company again I just worked a 14 hr job and got off the people had me pay twice on the phone for an order then told me that my payment was successfully tranferd and then the woman on the phone said my transaction was unsuccessful i watch my bank account get 40+ removed from my account and they then tranferd my call to a local dominos and decided to put me on hold to evoid the issue that I was having my family doesn't need to rely on our once favorite pizza service and we will not be takin advantage of again by this neglect people I will not be robbed by this company il wait for the 24-48 hrs to receive my money back if not by then I will contact the proper authorities. Ordered 3 pizzas, 1 of the toppings on the pizza tasted off, we called the store and asked them to check so no others were impacted, and offered to bring it down for them to check, I was told nothing is wrong & if I had an issue to log it online, but they wouldn’t do anything else. They were aggressive and rude and hung up on me - looking at previous reviews this looks to be something of a trend.

Ordered Pizza. Didn’t arrive. Called to follow up and replacement didn’t arrive either. Called again to cancel and get a refund and they hung up. Had to go in person to get a refund. Lousy service. Papa Johns next time - they are always reliable.

Absolutely disgusting service from Domino’s Sandhurst. I ordered a pizza which was not delivered with no contact from the branch, they took my money, gave me a wrong customer service number to call to get a refund. Have been in touch via email with customer services who have been utterly useless. So I decided to call the branch directly, I spoke to the manger who was nothing but downright rude to me, refused to even talk about a replacement, was really aggressive and then hung up on me mid way through me talking.If I could have given no stars I would have.Not only disgusting service but they have taken my money and given me nothing!I would avoid at all costs.
