Lunch and a pint with my brother for his birthday. We had burgers which took an age to arrive, and they weren't worth the wait. Both the food and the beers were miles over priced - more like London West End prices, without the experience of the West End. Most restaurants (and this is really just a pub that does food) are cheaper than this place. Would not recommend this place to anyone!

Came here for a quick drink before staff party, the gentleman at the bar, Conner super professional, friendly and so knowledgeable. As a veteran within the hospitality industry I know good service when I see it, this man is amazing and a credit to Camberleys best local pub. I have eaten here in the past and the food is super fresh and tasty. The Guinness is the best in the area aswell. You can definitely tell they keep the lines clean on a regular basis. If you are looking for a place to chill, this is the place. Thank you Conner for your kind heart and amazing personality.

We were staying at Frimley Hall and popped in to The Bear on a recommendation. A very warm welcome and lovely ale and Prosecco. Great menu and wine list and went for the chicken burger and pulled pork sandwich with chips and both were lovely. If in the area well worth a visit.
The UK sucks for service in bars, restaurants and even basic shops these days in general however, The bear has a good team of staff and in particular a gentleman working there who has been there for a good few years and he has single handedly restored my faith in the UK service sector. His name is Terry and if he’s working in your establishment rest assured that your facility is in good hands. He is super kind, extremely professional and an absolute top notch outstanding guy. The Bears food is also sublime, the chef must also be a legend of sorts. Burgers are top top quality! All the staff are always really friendly and accommodating! Highly recommend to anyone hungry or gasping!

Been here a few times. Weekends, during the week, daytime, afternoon mainly. Really nice ambience. Excellent menu. Food is super. They do a fantastic BBQ aswell. Lovely to sit outside and just people watch. Good service too. Well recommend.

Super staff, comfy modern pub, the Bear became my go to spot in Camberley. Great food (excellent Chicken Parmigiana and Ribs!), great beer - including a couple of pulled casked ales, and accomodating staff make the Bear a delight. Whether dining indoor or outdoor on the pedestrian mall, this dog-friendly pub is a perfect place to unwind and dine.
