Firstly I have to say my family are huge wagamama fans. It's our go to if ever we eat out but this is the second time we've used the Camberley one and the second time we've been thoroughly disappointed. My daughter and I ordered a takeaway which we took into cinema to see a film (hence why I never made a complaint at the time) . She ordered Chicken Katsu curry. The chicken was rubbery and chewy. I ordered a yasai katsu curry. Both curries were dry and tasteless with barely any sauce. I've added a photo to this review so you can see how it lacks sauce but this is also the amount I threw away as it was too dry to eat. The last time I had a problem at this restaurant the Company were very on the ball and got in touch. They offered me a gift voucher for £10 . However, the same problems still exist and whilst a voucher is nice, I'd much rather have a decent meal in the first place. Really really disappointed (again) . The only plus side was the young lad who served us was very pleasant and friendly (not so much some of the other staff)

We had a great time, Carrie was amazing. She gave us recommendations on what to choose as we both said we wanted to try something new today and wanted to keep healthy! Absolutely wonderful. Will be back again! SV

I turned up on Saturday 21st Oct without a booking with my two very young children after a long and stressful day and I have to say from the moment I walked in the staff were so welcoming and friendly and really made me feel happy to be there. The food was delicious and hot. When my youngest had made a mess on the floor I wasn’t made to feel bad or embarrassed. I didn’t get staff names but I wish I had to pass on my personal thanks. Excellent service thank you from a stressed out mum.

Great value food. My daughter loves it here. Can't see the attraction myself ?. Tables all lined up makes me feel like I'm being fed in a homeless shelter. Meals came out around 10 mins apart, despite only being two of us, so not great. Best thing is the price. Quite cheap as far as eating out goes.

Quick and efficient service, with our food coming quickly. Our son wasn't keen on his noodles as I think the oil they used was too strong but mine hit the spot for a quick and easy dinner.

quality and layout of the food is divine, all meals are absolutely amazing, would especially recommend the ramen, it is big, filling and delicious. service is great except sometimes it takes a long time for food to come out, and takes a while to get employees attention when trying to ask for something such as extra cutlery, bill etc. apart from that it is a fabulous place to eat at.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Wagamama and experiencing their vegetarian ramen, and I must say it was an absolute delight. As a vegetarian, finding restaurants that offer satisfying meat-free options can be a challenge, but Wagamama truly exceeded my expectations. The vegan ramen was a culinary masterpiece. The broth was rich and flavorful, striking a perfect balance of savory goodness. The noodles were cooked to perfection, providing a satisfying texture. The medley of vegetables and other vegetarian ingredients added freshness and depth to the dish, leaving me craving more with each spoonful.Wagamama's commitment to using fresh ingredients extended to their drink selection as well. Their fresh and invigorating drinks perfectly complemented the meal, offering a refreshing and vibrant accompaniment to the flavors of the ramen. In addition to the fantastic food, the attentive and friendly service provided by the staff enhanced the dining experience. They were knowledgeable about the vegetarian options and made sure to accommodate any dietary preferences. The atmosphere was welcoming, creating a cozy and enjoyable environment. In conclusion, Wagamama's vegetarian ramen left a lasting impression on me. The flavors, freshness, and attention to detail in both the food and drinks were remarkable. Whether you're a vegetarian or simply appreciate delicious food, I highly recommend visiting Wagamama to savor their incredible ramen.

I know the food is likely to come out at different times, but when one meal eventually arrives after everyone else has finished it is poor. Ruined a birthday meal, and ruined the legacy of one of our favourite restaurants. The one meal was returned as children were already restless, it was refunded, but scant compensation.

Unfortunately a bad experience. We love wagamama. The food is fabulous, drinks are lovely, service is average. We went to the Camberley branch today for my partner birthday. At the end of the dinner, just before ordering dessert my partner asked if wagamama have a promotion or something for birthday people. Our waiter said, it’s depends what we have in mind. We asked if we can have a portion of the new ice cream as a “good will” for his birthday. He said yes that’s fine. We get our ice creams. I would like to add here, that the portion he get was 2 tiny scoop, the normal portion ice cream we ordered was 3 normal size spoon. Nevermind we didn’t said anything as you don’t judge a gift. We finished our food, payed our check and left 15£ tip as we thought it’s a nice touch to get something for his birthday. Unfortunately we didn’t checked the bill. The ice cream is charged as full price. It’s not the 4.5£ that we paid. It’s the fact that we’re asked and been told is a gift. I hope this 120£ was helpful, as we never coming back to this branch. Shame on the waiter, and shame on the system that let’s employees lie to costumers. I upload the photo of the bill as well, so we can be clear that the ice cream was charged. Shame..
