Completely sick and tiered of this store! Orders are wrong 9/10 times!✖️ order and they cancel order and it’s spilt or cold!The amount I times I have to call and n/a so then have to drive to Caterham to see Micheal/John and complain is a joke!Get more staff, give them more support! Shame on your NERO!Oh also they never have anything in stock!

I was having a great day and I decided to treat myself. While I was waiting for the coffee in the queue I witnessed that the store manager “john” was mistreating his two young coworkers, one young lady and one young man. He was shouting at them in front of customers and he mentioned that they should not go toilet as he doesn’t go toilet himself. I found it really disturbing and disrespectful as he was treating them horribly and this kind of situations should be dealt with and someone needs to take serious actions. I will never be going to Nero again as I found this really triggering. This is not my first time having a bad experience at cafe Nero Caterham but today the manager was going over the limit which is so unprofessional.

There are many cafe's in caterham but cafe nero is my favourite. Let me explain why. Firstly we have a very well behaved dog and the only place that allows dogs is cafe nero. My dog is my family and ofen better behaved than people. I am more than happy if any dog is badly behaved they are asked to leave and infact the 18months I have been going to Nero they have once asked someone to leave, which was the correct request as the dog was barking all the time. The staff always say hello, they know our names, if anyone struggles with mobility they take the order then instruct them to sit down so they can bring the order to them. I know all their names they are always professional, yes and when they get busy i understand they need to get their head down and serve the customers ASAP so do not have time to be so chatty. I cannot praise them enough, if on the odd day you go there and it is not what I have found maybe give them a second chance we are all human. The furniture is not brand new but clean but to be honest what shines out is the staff. Thank you Caterham Nero Staff for making my days nicer when sometimes everything else in my days is not so nice.

Great coffee, lovely, friendly staff, always welcomed with a smile and a 'good morning'. Coffee made with real beans, unlike other caffes in the area and they are very welcoming for dogs, which, as a 'dog friendly nation', have always found difficult to find, elsewhere. No idea what the other reviewers have an issue with, but we go here most days and have heard nothing but favourable comments! Costa is just over the road if you prefer cold, processed coffee and no dogs! Keep up the great work guys, it can't be easy

As I entered at 5.30 I was shouted at by a member of staff who said "we are closed!!" - the door was open and online it clearly states closing is at 6pm. I was then shouted at with just one word "Swipe". - I have never ever known anything so hostile and rude in my entire life. This staff member should not be working in a close customer facing role and being allowed to verbally abuse innocent customers in such a hostile manner. I was shocked and simply staggered by the disgusting treatment and abusive manner from a staff member who then walked past with the till im presume cashing up etc. If this member of staff is senior I would have serious, serious concerns. The female worker who witnessed this all did not say anything or step in to give any apology on the rude staff members disgusting behaviour.

RUDE STAFF MEMBER!! Absolutely disgusting treatment by a hostile member of staff who shouted as soon as we walked. I am simply staggered by the behaviour to the point I have taken the time to complete a review. Low and behold there was another review with exactly the same types of comments. This member of staff should not be working in. any type of customer facing role, his behaviour was abusive and completely unacceptable. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

RUDE STAFF MEMBER!I came in at 5.15pm to collect a 2gtg bag, as I came in, there was a man with a mop in his hand and was about to lock up the shop behind the people who were leaving but as I was coming in at the same time he huffed and tutted and rolled his eyes at me and my young child, he then walked off in a strop and started to carrying on mopping but then continuing to look at us and then kissed his teeth! Sooo rude. The girl behind the counter witnessed all this but stayed as silent as a mouse. I complained online about this mans attitude.
