Me and my dad came here on the 11th of November. Safe to say we will not be coming back here after our experience, we were 2 of 30 people waiting over 30 minutes for our food with the workers not packaging anything and standing there even while people were complaining for waiting so long. The machine also didn't print a receipt out so everyone was loosing track of their orders. Chips were cold when we finally got our food and tables weren't clean. ?

It was my first meal from Caterham KFC. Service, food everything was outstanding. The staffs were very helpful. One of the staffs named Jayakrishnan was very friendly and explained me the best Christmas offer.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered food with delivery time between 40-60 mins... fine... delivery time gets changed twice and won't answer phone... 1hr30 later I cancel order... absolutely atrocious!

Never order delivery from this KFC. I have ordered twice and never gotten everything I paid for. Deliveroo refund the missing items (except the dips which don't exist in their system despite being mentioned in the menu - possibly a reason they never arrive) but that doesn't help feed the people who didn't get their food.

The worst KFC restaurant around delivers dried up chicken that is cold. So I decided to go to the restaurant and spoke with JK who is the manager on shift and asked for 2 thighs and leg was told this is not acceptable. After the poor delivery service this is the least you can do for a customer. Problem with this restaurant not able to keep up with fresh food and the demand for delivery. Very poor.
