It was my first meal from Caterham KFC. Service, food everything was outstanding. The staffs were very helpful. One of the staffs named Jayakrishnan was very friendly and explained me the best Christmas offer.
Absolutely terrible customer serviceDidn't answer phone when we called said it was broken, yet my partner was standing there when it rang.Cannot believe they are still trading with such awful service , attitude & food quality.Parking: Not good

Me and my dad came here on the 11th of November. Safe to say we will not be coming back here after our experience, we were 2 of 30 people waiting over 30 minutes for our food with the workers not packaging anything and standing there even while people were complaining for waiting so long. The machine also didn't print a receipt out so everyone was loosing track of their orders. Chips were cold when we finally got our food and tables weren't clean. ?
