The guy with the glasses is really rude and lacks any customer service skills whatsoever! I think the the business and family would do much better if they kicked him out onto the streets! ?. But I can't lie I do love the food here and everyone else that has served me has been brilliant and are lovely genuine people it's a shame how one person can let there business and family reputation down so much, with there rudeness and poor service etiquette!

Where do I begin? Imagine being there waiting for your takeaway lunch when a man in good spirits comes in and asks to the employees, "Where can I find a good burger around here?" Rather than being welcomed by the staff, they talk to him in a demeaning way and say things like. "We were talking the other day about people who ask stupid questions!. Man: It is just a joke. Staff: Oh, you are a comedian! Man: Relax, it was honestly just a joke. Staff: Get the F%*& out of here, go away, get out! Man: honestly, relax Staff just kept on going telling him to get out and this goes no for several minutes as I stand there with my young son while i want for his food. When the man behind the counter made eye contact with me to ask what my son wanted on his burger, I made the mistake of getting involved. Me: I do believe he is just trying to be friendly and meant no disrespect. Man: Why do you have to get involved? This is not your business Me: You are right, I should have not gotten involved. Man: Why do you get involved. Me: I already answered. I apologize I did. He threw away my son's food and told me to also get out. I ended up eating from Dominos next door. One thing is for sure. Never will I ever go back to Ali's Grill nor will my two boys who used to go there often. We all have bad days but this was unacceptable. I regret witnessing this. So much unnecessary hatred from one person to another.

This is one of those treasures who have the magic ingredients and don't mess it up keep trying to improve their offerings Their burgers are amazing and food is always prepared fresh in front of you. Very clean and always friendly.Parking: Parking on this parade is usually under pressure due to 3 takeaways next to each other. Their is street parking available and Waitrose car park behindWheelchair accessibility: They have a disabled ramp outside the shop. The pavement is the same level as the car parking so no issues with wheelchair users
The Guy serving shouldn't be there dealing with the public as I find him so so so rude with the costumers. Please just leave or you close the shop soon as I notice on Friday night was completely empty.

Ali’s grill Cobham takes advantage both me and my friend had a kebab the worst in our life, full of red cabbage no meat for me and my friends was disgusting, like it had come from the floor, the server looked very grimy making food, taking money & answer phone with no gloves needs health and Safety inspectionNo disabled access

My wife and I have been using alis grill for a longtime every Friday but last couple of times very poor we used to love the donners but new guy with glasses doesn't seem to care was undercooked very greasy asked for chilli went to eat and no sauce used to get a big bag of chips but very tiny amount when he does it he should not work there if he doesn't care last time we use them waste of money

Always great food! Whole family enjoy an “Ali’s” - a treat we look forward to especially in these financially tighter days. Meat is always spot on, salads are fresh and always makes food exactly to order.Delicious. Hubby loves the lamb here but I personally think the chicken is the best!As I suffer from word blindness, sadly I never know the right names for things! (My apologies for this)The food is always delicious. Top takeaway - highly recommend.Parking: Parking outside, can get crowded but always a spot if patient for a few mins
