We were served by Chloe and and Una, who were friendly, professional and attentive.
The atmosphere was just wonderful, no rush to finish which is always a good thing.
The food was amazing, king prawn cocktail, t bone pork, alongside a fabulous French sauvingon :-)

Plough Ln, Downside, CobhamWe had a lovely experience at The Plough Inn in Downside, Cobham. The food was delicious and everything was cooked perfectly, but the service really stood out.
Evie and Charlotte were so polite, friendly, and attentive. They checked on us regularly, making sure everything was perfect and asking if we needed anything.
Their warm and professional service made our visit even more enjoyable. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

221-223 Portsmouth Rd, CobhamWe had an excellent 3 course meal here and every dish was exquisite. Not only was the food incredible but the service is warm and friendly - we had Gianni look after us and he treated us like family, sharing personal recommendations and making the whole experience wonderful. He is truly customer service at its best, we even talked about coming back just to try his personal favourite dishes! Everyone here made our dinner that much more special.

Downside Common, Downside, CobhamAnother exceptional experience, consistently fantastic. I know it's Sunday and my wife and son had Beef, but I had to try the crab, and it certainly did not disappoint. Lovely Pinot Noir and fantastic sorbets and sticky toffee pudding.
Revisited 11 Jan 2026. As ever, lovely staff and food quality rather good, exceptional. Should be very proud.

The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavor, everyone at the table really enjoyed their meals. The service was excellent as well; the staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome throughout the evening. We truly enjoyed the warm atmosphere and had a lovely family dinner. You can tell the food is high quality and the portions are very fair.

15 Oakdene Parade, CobhamStopped by on a whim with a friend after hearing a good local review, and was very pleasantly surprised. The interior has a great natural atmosphere, and generally calming to be inside. The service was quick and attentive. The smoothie and juice were both brilliant, highly recommend the smoothies as they are fresh and tasty. The food was great! The waffles were tasty, fluffy and the toppings were divine. Highly recommend the berries with Chantilly toppings. We also tried the miso cauliflower which was very rich, tasty and cooked well. The houmous was fresh and delicious, and with the flatbread it was great. The rosemary chips were also very nice, well seasoned and fluffy on the inside. They didn't quite have a crunch, but I assume that's from being prepared in a healthy way? The ketchup served with the chips was also very nice, it had a subtle hint of red pepper which I liked.
Highly recommend stopping by, the drinks are good, the food is great, and they're absolutely ideal for anyone vegetarian or vegan.

Cobham Extra Motorway Services, M25, Downside, CobhamPopped in on a busy bank holiday Monday afternoon and was expecting to wait a little while for food. The host explained on the door that it may be a little later than usual because the kitchen was busy, however we didn’t wait long at all for our food. Even the tables around us were getting their food quickly. The chefs are definitely on their A game here. And all the front of house staff were brilliant. Thank you Cobham Nando’s. The manager here should be proud of a strong team.

Behind the counter who were exceptional very bubbly funny and he offered to bring the tray of 2 teas and lemon cake over to us which I thought was above and beyond he had good conversation and made us feel very welcome. He then walked around when he wasn’t busy and was chatting to the regulars in the café and they all seem to know him and loved chatting to him We will defo be back, I can see why this cafe was the only busy one in the high street ?☕️?

Had the 4 seasons pizza which was a perfect sampler of various tastes. Waitress came to check up on how everything was and to enquire about drinks 2-3 times which was great. Happy with the experience.

We looked at the empty tables smiled and left..so we tried again in Esher. Yes the kitchen closed at 9pm, but if we came in then, fine, great service, helpful and thoughtful, food was great, thank you..definitely return to thus branch

The food is always quick, delicious and service is exceptional even though it’s busy.
I recommend booking, as they are often full.
For this reason it can be noisy, but never uncomfortably so.
The sparkling Sake is quite nice if you haven’t had before, and the specials are always a nice addition.

38 Station Rd, Stoke D'Abernon, CobhamWorking in the area and a meeting was cancelled, so googled a local coffee shop and hit the jackpot! Lovely paninis and very reasonably priced too, made locally in the shop. The coffee was AMAZING so tasty had two back to back.
Warm welcome when arrived, no pressure to order immediately and items offered bought to the table. Very clean, excellent disabled toilet facilities. Patrons very friendly and engaging, nice conversations, and great for doing some work as a calm atmosphere and no intrusive music or conservations.
Parking is very easy and free on road, and plenty of spaces around. Service was quick friendly and couldn't rate any less than 10/10 for overall service!
I do not live in the area but will certainly return if in the area, and recommend to family and friends

Cobham Extra Motorway Services, M25, Downside, CobhamFinally found a spot that treats Biryani like the art form it is. The first thing you notice when the lid comes off is that incredible aroma of whole spices—not just heavy grease.
The chicken was fall-off-the-bone tender, but the real star was the rice. Every grain was long, separate, and perfectly infused with the yakhni. It’s clearly been slow-cooked 'dum' style. No shortcuts here. If you’re a biryani purist, this is your new sanctuary.
